If I could rate them ZERO I totally would! They prey on the uneducated making them invest $30K of their life savings to join but what they don’t tell you is: they only have specific targeted markets that they do decently in. Georgia, NY, Florida, IL and maybe a couple others. They know very little about the Texas market and they only provide you with penny leads that lead to nowhere. They make you do all of this unnecessary training before they even start giving you any leads. Then, they expect you to fo all of the vetting for the leads they give you! Do NOT WASTE YOUR $30K on this bullcrap. You can find your own leads or houses to flip and finance with your own bank.
