I have found them to be extremely helpful and professional at all times. I have a great working relationship with Alicia who always returns my calls and keeps me up to date but also many other staff in the business. Happy to do business with them.
Excellent consulting company. I had the pleasure of dealing with Alecia and had a great experience. Not only did I have a position within a week , Alecia regularly made contact to ensure everything was going great and offered great support.
I dealt with many employment agencies after being made redundant from a long term position and I still remember how bad of an agency this was.
I dealt with a guy called Tim. Went in for an interview. Seemed to go positively. He said he would talk to the company that advertised the role, and also look into other roles I would be suitable for. I got home and immediately emailed my references like I was asked. Days went past and I heard nothing so I phoned and Tim said he hadn't heard anything. Few more days went past so I emailed him. He said he was talking to the company and would get a definite answer the next day. To this day, 6 months + later, I have not heard from Tim Hooper. Not even the automatically generated "Unfortunately, you were unsuccessful this time" email. Is he still waiting to hear back from the company? I think not.
Being eager for work, I dealt with a lot of agencies, and this one by far was the slackest place I'd dealt with.
Was impressed with the professionalism Stephanie showed and the extra efforts she put in. Highly recommended agency.
A while a go met one of the consultants Jacqui, tho it didn't lead to any contracts I would like to appreciate the level of professionalism in Optimum.
Still waiting to hear back from them. Its been three weeks. They contact you after seeing your profile on linked In and seek. Recommend you for a job. Contact you twice after that with updates and then you never hear from them. When they do contact you they never leave a message. Very unprofessional and I wouldnt recommend them to anyone.
I have had nothing but a positive and very professional experience with Optimum Consulting. I have been with many other recruitment agencies and by far, Alicia Sumich has made me feel like a valued member of Optimum Consulting, from my first interview until now, 7 months on. We even got a Christmas present!

Shittiest recruitment company I have ever came across. They will keep rescheduling until you left them for good. They lack business ethics and manners.
Did not reply my emails. This was after I had spent my time going into the city to meet them. Not professional. Waste of my time even going in to the city to meet. They promise you to put you forward and "just need to meet you first" then cut off all communication. Waste of time and unprofessional.
I cannot thank the lovely people at Optimum enough, I arrived in Australia from the UK just before Covid hit, so finding work was a challenge! However the Brisbane Team were amazing, constantly in contact, trying to find the right role for me and coaching me through in the CV& interview process they have here. Then once in my new role, always calling to see how things are and if I needed any additional support (we were in lockdown by now) I had two contract roles through them and have now landed a permanent role. I cant thank them enough and highly recommend to anyone looking for a recruiter.
