Went in for ovi for a drug and alcohol assessment, they made me do a drug screen that day. They told me it would be 60 dollars for that. I just got a bill from the lab for 1,548.42 cents for that test... You read that correctly. I had to pay over 300 dollars for the one visit, so that was obviously my only vist. They only want your money and you will pay these unrealistic costs because they have you by the throat. If you have a choice, choose Maumee Valley. They seem to actually care about something other than screwing they're clients.
Once you discontinue services with them, they won't call you back so you can get your records. My PCP needs the records, I signed a release, and leave numerous messages without receiving a return phone call. Needless to say, my PCP still has not received my records, and nobody there can tell me why.
