Great always there to assist you with any issue that you may have. All of the video meeting are wonderful during this crazy virus time. everyone were very friendly and made you feel at home like family.

We went with another couple who I met at RCA and we all had a great time. We had dinner at Havana's which we enjoyed and the play was better than we could have imagined. There was a little mix up getting our tickets and we weren't sure if we had reserved seats at Havana's. Everything worked out fine and we are looking forward to more alumni events that we can participate in. When I complete IOP at RCA I will consider getting involved with alumni meetings.
The staff and professionals that spoke at the webinar were so helpful for me as a family member learning how to interact with and help my sister when she comes home from rehab. The educational component was fantastic! There is so much to learn about the brain and about addiction, so this is just the beginning, but education is key to keeping hope and reasonable expectations. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
Quick and efficient in taking any credit card for admission then absolutely zero support in getting receipts and insurance billing info after the hefty charge. Called 5 times and sent 3 emails for a basic itemized receipt to submit for flex spending reimbursement...completely unresponsive. They make it real easy to take your money but provide zero customer service after the fact.
I can't say anything bad about this place. My son was there for 27 days. He had a great experience there. I would like to thank Amy his therapist and Joel his caseworker. They helped him with not just his addiction. They also got to the root of why he was using. So they gave him the appropriate meds to treat his anxiety and depression. I would highly recommend this place for someone who needs help with addition.
Again another recovery center about just money and not helping people if he's not helping people you would help them not say your insurance don't meet our standards
RCA is by far the best treatment program anywhere. I was at Raritan Bay when they opened in December 2019 and had a great experience. The entire staff down to the RSS s were extremely helpful and experienced.
I would recommend to anyone thinking about recovery to give them a call .

RCA lures people in by promising an efficient assessment that will help determine level of care. I was sincerely looking for a GOOD therapist that was smart and would provide strategies on coping with cravings, managing drinking (two glasses). In less than five minutes, Vanessa , claimed me a Detox patient. Is this Detox provided at home? No other information was provided regarding level of care , no options. She did not even know what to ask. She asked "nothing (". One question. "how often do you drink" ). Never, did she asked , do you ever drink all day? , in the morning? , do you black out, do you have withdrawal symptoms. If you are not a heavy drinker, Detox may not be the best. We can start slow and increase as needed") This is what I was looking for ; options! is for for you. Very Incompetent interviewer. no question but big life changing Detox? ridiculous incompetence !. You are not here to help people , sadly enough.
This place is horrible they told me the therapist would call me within 72 hours and I haven't received a call from anyone in 4 days.
