Loved the atmosphere, the food was great! Waitress was very attentive.

They allow realtors to overstate the basement finish in a home, which hurts the integrity of the profession.

This rating is for the Broker Associate Gregory Rau. Mr. Rau is the truly the best realtor one could ever hope to work with. My wife and I worked with Mr. Rau when we bought our first home. When we had decided to start looking for a home, we were filled with the mixed feelings of tremendous excitement for the new chapter, and also trepidation for entering the competitive and fast paced environment of the Colorado housing market. Mr. Rau understood this completely and curated the whole process to fit our family. He helped encourage and channel the excitement, while addressing and resolving our fears. He will go above and beyond for his Clients, and the best part is he truly loves what he does. Which I feel is a huge factor to consider when searching for Realtors. When you are spending every weekend going to see house after house, Mr. Rau is genuinely a great person to spend time with, and will be excited to explore each new house with you.

I can not overstate it enough - Mr. Rau is reliable, honest, trustworthy and excellent in what he does. He will always have your best interest in mind, and his actions show this. Gregory Rau is THE BEST.

Its the official website of the multi-list but it's not designed to help the consumer, it's designed to drive the consumer to real estate agents. I understand real estate agents need to make a living but this website is pathetic.

We used this site to find the most current and up to date properties. The listing statuses are always spot on which is important when searching for a new place to live. The site is easy to use and well laid out. I will continue to suggest it to friends who are looking for new properties.
