I had a mixed experience with Rec Boat Holdings LLC. While the product quality was good, the customer service left something to be desired. I think they need to improve in that area.

A special thanks to Bill K and the receptionist who got me through to him. I called Rec Boat Holdings from Montreal, Quebec to find a part for our Fourwinns 355. We couldn't get the part from any boat part dealer in Quebec, Canada before end of July. Bill got on our case immediately and came up with the name and part number. He kindly referred me to Burt Lake Marina to proceed with my order. Thanks to you Bill, we placed the order on June 3rd, received and installed it June 11th.
