I recently had an experience with this company and it left much to be desired. The product I received didn’t match the description, and the customer service was quite slow to respond. I also found the website a bit confusing to navigate, which added to my frustration. 😕 While they have potential, I believe they need to focus on improving consistency and communication to better meet their customers' expectations. 🛒
