They take too long to ship. I'm going to have to call and cancel my order and use Amazon. Sigh....

Ordered item from them. It advertised FAST delivery, placed item on my cart showed delivery by certain date (1-2 weeks). After paid and email confirmation was sent showing 1 month delivery. Then After a month of waiting received second email with update delivery time wait of another month. Dishonest advertisement!

TERRIBLE customer service. They say FAST shipping on their website. I placed an order and a week later after I put in my order I contacted customer service via email support. They told me that they had my order but no update was available. That's it. No apologies for not shipping... nothing. Then another week later I get an update to my ticket saying they were canceling my order altogether because they didn't have stock in what I ordered. Now it has been a week since they said they would refund me and still no refund. Absolutely terrible customer service and business practices.

I've ordered a ready lift 3 5 . Toyota 35s. Fuel rims . All came fast. Faster then posted. Worst is FedEx shipping. Where they leave 4000 dollars in product in middle of the driveway. Lucky it wasn't stolen as I wasn't home. No call

Steer clear of this place. They get the award for the worse customer service I have ever seen. I am not sure how they are still in business and likely will not be for long. I ordered a new set of headlight and one did not work. After a long string of emails (3 weeks) of implying they were going to help me they referred me to the manufacturer who would not even answer my emails. I emailed them back and they just blew me off. WARNING: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.

Worst service I have ever had. Company is impossible to communicate with. Just did not have good honest service. I would not recommend doing business with this company.

Found the running boards my wife wanted for her truck in short order. Price was great. I installed them on a Friday morning, and love them. But there were only 2 braces per side. I contacted customer service on chat line, and requested 2 more braces. They apologized, and sent them out. I received the brackets on Sunday morning, no charge from Jasper, Indiana. Best customer service I have encountered to this day, Thanks !

I spent over $2600 on tires and rims. They came missing the lug nuts and caps for the center of the rim. I waited on hold 5 hours the day they were delivered and have called everyday since then. Customer service has no solution other than they're on back order. What am I supposed to do without lug nuts? You would figure after spending the amount of money I did they would have someone higher up call me with a solution- a timeline, a refund... something.

I ordered a Luvurne Classic Grill Guard in black. It arrived in a battered box. The parts were never wrapped properly and the very thin powder coat was scratched badly on every part. The hoop for the guard had a huge dent in the top of it. I reported this and Real Truck sent out another hoop. When it arrived the box was in perfect shape however, the ;new hoop also has a big dent in it. I have been going back and forth with RealTruck for some time and still do not have a resolution to this problem. They have pictures of all of this. At this point I want my money back.

Items are not "in stock" as they claim. They hope they can find the items to ship to you. In my case they could not find it at all. Company won't refund my money had to file claim with my credit card company.Avoid buying from them at all costs horrible company. All they have is a website with false info on it and a phone line.
