Additionally, the communication with their team was lacking, as it often took longer than anticipated to receive a response. On the positive side, their pricing was reasonable and they did manage to resolve some of the security issues I faced. However, overall I was not overly impressed with their services and would consider exploring other options for future cybersecurity needs.
