Terrible! Calling several times due to an emergency, PABX that is barely heard, extension calls that fall, in short, I couldn't even talk to the attendants I needed, how do you trust a hospital like that? I gave up and left for others !!

I stopped by the hospital to be seen at the emergency room for the first time today and I hope I do not have to go back there again. I was more than 3 hours to be attended to and in pain. I was admitted to the hospital at 5:00 p.m. and was attended only at 8:30 pm by the doctor. When finally my password was called by the doctor he hardly even looked at me and barely examined me leaving much to be desired in attendance. After that, I had to go through the nursing to take the exam and the nursing staff looks at you waiting to be answered at the reception but pretends that you are not there, and that ends up being very frustrating!
To summarize: From the time I arrived at the hospital at 5:00 p.m., I left only at 11:00 p.m. If it were not for the poor service and lack of interest for the patient, I and the other patients would not need to wait for so many hours.

Horrible hospital, terrible service, time consuming. Badly educated staff, treats patients neglectfully. I will never put my feet in this hospital again and will change my selection plan Beneficiaencia Portuguesa immediately! The doorman of the medication room in the PS of today at this time of 12: 30hrs thinks he owns the hospital. I was perplexed to hear him say to a patient to look for another hospital that there was not only this one, it is an insult and the same remained silent. Total unpreparedness no one will look for a PS because they want to. The person with pain in the sick, paying plan and still being treated with ignorance! My second time in this hospital to not put my feet here anymore and change my plan.
Obs after the first frustrating experience I would not return here anymore, I'm here today just because my doctor referred me for surgery and I won't be here!

Lousy service, the Metropolitan Hospital of Campinas that attends pediatrics has 5 receptionist, it takes 40 minutes to register then you go through a nurse, then you go to the doctor, who is talking in the rooms and takes a long time to attend you , it doesn't even seem like an emergency room, unfortunate, it is not enough to have structure, you need competence! To cancel this shit no one answers ............

Horrible emergency care, to be the same SUS has to improve a lot .. very bad ... the service is slow, if you need urgent care do not go to this hospital .. because you will die .. or wait or of pain!
Well unfortunately this is the country we live where we pay a covenant to be treated like an animal .. total neglect ...
