I have been a long time real green user at my first company Lawn Doctor before selling it and starting my new software company lawnbot.. If you run a lawn care company, this software will help grow your business. The new ceo Bill Nunan has been making changes at warp speed to improve the stability of their new SA5 product and literally make it best in class. His new vision includes working with 3rd party applications like lawnbot that allow you to sell your services through your website and online channels and it is fully integrated into service assistant! Real Green used to try to build everything themselves and this new focused vision and resource allocation is already paying huge dividends for real green users. Excited to see the roadmap unfold and the new changes to be implemented. Cheers Real Green Team.

Extremely in happy with the service! Would not recommend anyone get this. Trying to get in touch with tech support is actually like pulling teeth. We were going to switch our whole company to real green until we saw how bad the support was. The people who helped us set up our programs and show us how to use the website did everything incorrectly. To the point that we are just fixing all our customers accounts and billing a year later. By the way with no help from there support team .

DO NOT BUY THIS!!! Customer service is nearly non-existent. Mobile App is so poorly written none of my techs want to use it. Any time I have an issue I have to create my own support ticket online, and then wait for hours for them to call me back. Many times I've gotten that call back 4+ hours later!!! after I've left work for the day! I've had to try to run a tech support call from my HOME because it takes so long for them to call you back! Yes, their technicians are very good, and every one I've spoken to has been great. however, I should never have had to talk to so many in the first place! I have to call for tech support multiple times a month. most programs only need a support call every other year or so. Not real green! I have to call them about something EVERY SINGLE MONTH!!! AND wait for hours and hours for them to call me back!!! And you better hope you don't miss the call when they finally DO call you back! They also don't listen to any idea you have. there are some simple changes we want, but they have never bothered to listen to us. We plan on switching companies A.S.A.P.

The software is ok, kinda clunky. could be so much simpler and user friendly. The Technicians are awesome! They are quick and know what they are doing the issue is IT TAKES FOREVER TO GET ONE ON THE PHONE. You have no visibility as to when they will be calling. It could be 15 minutes or several hours. In my case today it has been almost 3.5 hours and nothing. They say they are trying to fix the issue but it has been this way since 2016 if I wasnt forced to use them I wouldn't.....Several months have passed now and it is still the same problem technical support is lost in cyber space, been waiting for over 2 hours now, AGAIN.

I've called looking for help on multiple occasions. I created an urgent ticket with them and it has been over 18 hours with no response. No response regarding my other already open trouble tickets.

This program is not at all user friendly and if you don't have 5g towers near you their mobile live app doesn't work and is costing my money daily.

I have no choice but to use this company, but I would not recommend using this service if you're looking for a user friendly program.

My company did a ton of research into a software that would be a good fit for my landscaping company. Real Green was one of the top candidates on our list. However, we selected another vendor earlier this week. Real Green didn't do anything wrong and reached out multiple times in an attempted sale; I simply chose another company. Real Green was polite during this process. However, I was called this morning and I informed their employee that I had decided to go another direction. Their employee, Matt, asked me why I lied to them when I told them I would make a decision in the fall. I told him I had made a decision this week and he continued to berate me about not going with him and continued asking me why I lied to him. I did not lie about anything, I resumed research this week and made a decision this week(it is fall). I told him that his behavior definitely made me feel good about going to his competitor and that I would never reach out to Real Green again. I had only good feelings about Real Green until Matt threw his temper tantrum. Unfortunately, his behavior just cost Real Green any chance of any future business with me and fortunately for me, the reviews written about rude employees were legitimized before I signed up.

New RGS customer. Oversold all the way. Support is non-existent...goes to a call center where they just create a ticket I can do online. Literally just used a third party vendor to send out an email campaign to my customers because AMA is not functioning. Web design was good, but took way too long and they did not grasp the concept of e-commerce. Mobile live is pretty good, but still "buggy" from time to time. CAW is worthless and not user friendly for the company or the customer. I am told they will be working with us to improve our experience. If this happens, I will update my review to reflect any change of heart. As of now, I could not in good faith recommend this product to any of my peers.

This company is not the same as years ago. Owned by Serent Capital, they have no regard for their employees or ethics for that matter. There are other companies in the industry, your better off talking to one of them.

The migration to SA5 has been a challenging one, that's for sure. (change is always difficult). However, the technical support I have received from Gregg, Michael & Erik, has helped a lot. They have been very helpful & pleasant to work with. Thank you so much for all your help during these difficult times =)
