Been at this address for over two yrs and had more power outages in these two years than I had in my entire life. If it s not going out for a couple min. & have to reset all of your clocks, it s out for 1-5 or 6 hrs. I think they should take that time off the bill just for being such an inconvenience. I will be getting ready for work & the power will go out. I swear it s a monthly occurrence. Idk what the problem is, but it needs to stop. School will be starting again in the next week and my daughter has to do most of her work online or on a zoom conference. It s 2020 ... things are done a lot different now.. With COVID everything is done online...I have never given a 1 star review before, but this is a joke. UPDATE NEW Poles & Lines we re put in over the last week (Approximately Sept 2nd-9th). I m happy they are updated...let s see how it goes! I hate to give a bad review

Highly unsatisfied with power service. Constantly is going out even on beautiful days.

Absolutely beyond ticked off at them for coming and mowing down my beautiful trees (NO WHERE NEAR the line) they claimed they have a 50 foot right away on both sides so they can keep the power on more reliable and easier to service. Well guess what that failed. Storm isn t even happening and power is out again

Extremely unreliable. 3rd world countries provide more reliable energy. My house's furnace cannot run without power and me and my family might as well be living outside when the power is out for long periods of time. Which happens often.

Friendly people, helpful and understanding of your needs.

Unreliable. Power flickers off throughout the week and you just know it's coming. By the weekend power is out for hours. I swear they wait for something to break before they decide to fix it.

Power out for HOURS on Christmas Day. Wish I lived in an area where Penelec was available.

Terrible power service. Constantly goes out all the time.
