Left a message for a realtor at their location to inquire about a specific property they had listed. Never got a call back.
I inquired on a home was contacted by Linda sosa. I met all requirements and above and she just stopped responding. She had no urgency to even work with me and was very impersonable when trying to schedule tours. Terrible customer relations. I would not recommend. You would assume meeting all requirements you'd be contacted with urgency to move forward. nope none in fact when attempting to meet in person she brushed it off and said she needed to work around her sons baseball schedule then never contacted me back. professionalism 0
I was completely frustrated with the whole buying process. I had a friend who was an agent that just couldn t get the job done. We submitted contract after contract with nothing getting accepted. I think I was being coached poorly on what to offer. Then I decided to go to the professionals who do this all day long and not part time. What a difference. I was able to get the home I wanted at a great price. Wilma, was knowledgeable and professional. I am so pleased I decided to keep my friend as a friend and leave the business up to the pros.

My husband and I are a first time buyers and we are very excited about the decision we made. Now this place was our first stop. I didnt stay there not even two seconds why. Because the girl in front desk. My husband was asking her question and she rolled her eyes and made a face. Now listen I will never in a millions year look at a person this way if it comes to bussiness. I will never recommend this place to nobody I know. I been living in Ponciana for 17 years. And im glad im not buying a house with this company.
