Eman Lordi from remax is awesome! She was patient and extremely helpful with the process of house hunting. She is a great realtor because she listens to all our likes/dislikes and has a great personality to work with. We will use her and Remax again in the future for all home buying/renting needs. Will definitely recommend them to all our family and friends!
Carl and Linda Lordi were a pleasure to deal with. True professionals with a great knowledge of the market. They assisted us with the sale of one house and with buying another. We originally had another realtor give us a recommended sale price which we thought was underpriced. Carl's recommendation was over 100K more and we got full asking price for our sale. They helped us find a great home for our family and we are very happy that we choose them.

I believe that Re/Max agent David Naseef acted unethically in my real estate transaction. I signed a dual agency contract with a junior agent in Mr. Naseef's office (Mr. Naseef represented the seller). We worked with the junior agent to make an offer on a house significantly above the asking price, which the seller accepted. While the house was under attorney review, Mr. Naseef continued to court other offers and appears to have disclosed our offer to the prospective buyers so that they could continue to submit offers at a higher amount. As a result, he was able to convince the seller to walk away from attorney review so that he could accept a deal with his own buyer (and take the entire broker fee - seller/buyer). This, even after we increased our offer to match his buyer.
