If I could give minus stars I would. I never ever write reviews, but I have never been treated so badly by any company in my life. I ordered some boxing gloves in early December 2021 and should have received them within a few days, I didn't, so I was told they got lost and a new pair would be sent immediately, great!
No not great they didn't arrive, got lost AGAIN!
AND! they don't have them anymore! I paid an extra £17 to get another pair to be sent out straight away. Guess What? They got lost AGAIN! Our apologies we will send some out to you on next day delivery. A week goes by..... Guess What? Yes that's right, they've got lost AGAIN! , AND! they don't have them anymore. Am I going mad?? No its really happening. I've had enough it's been 5 weeks since my order at this point, I want a refund. OK sir, it will be back in your account in 24-48hrs.
80hrs later... still no refund. So again I log on to their online chat for what feels like the 100th time, I must have spent 8hrs on this F#@$ing chat because they don't answer the phone. Apologies sir, please give us another 24-48hrs. OMG! WtF is going on? Now 6 weeks no gloves, no refund.
Stay away from these jokers if you value your sanity.

Maked order last week . Still nothing came. Poor quality this

Order placed over a week ago, still no delivery date. According to Yodel they are waiting for the package despite being told by RDX that they had dispatched it. Appreciate difficult times but would like some honesty. I would buy from elsewhere.

Continuously lied to about delivery via online chat. Kept blaming yodel, when presented with transcript from yodel stating they hadnt even received the parcel,the story then changed to they are waiting for supplies for stuffing for the bag and it will be a few more days before dispatch. They then refunded my money and thats it, 2 weeks waiting and now everywhere is sold out and i cant get one. Thanks rdx you liars, kept lying blaming yodel and did so for last 4 days. Fone lines are on but no one answers, absolutely disgraceful service, avoid

Please please listen to the bad reviews. The products may be ok (if I had actually received them I could judge that!) BUT the service you receive is awful. Previous reviews have talked about delivery or lack of...it is an absolute joke. No More

Slow and difficult for customer support especially when returning an item

Never deal with this company, they will lie through their teeth. Order never received in 20 days, they will lie it was delivered and not being able to provide prove of signature or delivery because they deal with YODEL (lol), then you have to beg them for refund. The worst service I have received!

Item arrived late. Parts missing so unable to use pull up bar. Now have to wait another week for the missing part. Poor customer service.

I was so happy with my gloves , I even recommend them but after a few month they started broken in a unusual way.
I wrote them and they answered me very politely that they don't entertain any claims after 90 days. It's a shame because I was very happy with them and I recommended them a lot.
if they had broken in front I would have understood but in the lower seams it does not seem acceptable.

Purchased gloves, barely lasted 8 months before seam ripped - light user. No warranty after 90 days. Avoid.

The worst company ever don't ever buy from them.
I order from there website gloves for my training, after i received them my bad experience with RDX sports began.
The gloves had a stain on them like someone used them and they sell them to me, so i called customer service to return for a new one, after a talk with them we agree about $10 refund and i waited for about week and half for that refund that i never got unless i called a few time again to see what happened after that i spock with a manager and we agree of $15 instead of $10 because of all the frustration that happened with that order, and guess what after a few days i only received $10 refund and not $15 , since than i called them million time and every time the manager is on brack or left for the day or excuses like that.
This company customer service is a joke dont ever use them and if you need to get a refund than good luck with that.

I have placed two international orders with RDX to South-Africa. The couriers they use can be iffy but that is an industry wide problem when shipping International, especially to SA. RDX are very helpful to locate or assist you with a package that hasn't arrived. Their responses are prompt and I can give them full marks on customer service.

Ordered Friday and delivered Saturday morning, first class service. Delighted with my purchase. Good service. Thank you

2 and a half weeks after ordering I've still not received my delivery.

After the first week they told me the problem was with Yodel which I accepted given the current situation, although I received a delivery from another company with Yodel.

Now after the 2nd week they told me they ran out of filling for the bags and that it would definitely be dispatch Monday just gone.

My order has still not been dispatched and the communication has been very poor.

A few years back I ordered some Thai pads which fell apart in a couple of months.

I would advise anyone to pay a little more and buy from a more reliable brand.

I'm currently chasing a refund but no reply.

Best Sports brand! I have been using rdx gym gloves for over 2 year and they still hold well.

Fans, no concept of customer service. They do not send the documents required for export and let you get by with the customs taxes. No help, no organization, a real band of amateurs. It is better to buy Chinese at this price and with this behavior.

Love their customer service and the product i bought. Will shop again for Christmas because of their top quality.

Horrendous customer service; ordered a boxing bag and Hanger. The hanger arrived after 5 days and i am yet to receive the boxing bag (this is 3 weeks after order) and when i ask for help they close the chats with me on there website terrible customer service

Sells items without descriptions and refuses to any questions and enquiries

The customer service is amazing! I received a sauna sweat suit that I ordered from argos which was slightly damaged, rang up the 24/7 customer service line and they sent me out a replacement one. Had to wait a little extra to start using the suit but the customer service I received was absolutely brilliant and would be shopping direct with them again purely because of that. Thank you

1 Star is a flattering them!!! I have been promised an 'immediate refund' each day now for 10 days and yet they somehow keep on failing to do so. Absolute joke. Will be issuing legal proceedings shortly. They have acknowledged the returned, but are not giving me my money back. DO NOT TRUST. Email comms are a joke.

I would like to say, that, I have received an excellent service all round and the quality of my product is awesome. Despite me having to return my first choice, the turn around on receiving my correct size was excellent. Great company to recommend ... thank you.

Awful! They use Yodel who are a terrible courier with a history of late deliveries. I'm still waiting for my product weeks after ordering.

Dont go anywhere near this lot, have been waiting for three weeks for a punch bag! to begin with they responded to my emails, that has now stopped! i get the distinct feeling i have been ripped off!

Great gear - took a long time to arrive but now it is here it is well worth the money

I ordered a punch bag set on the 30th April and it s still not arrived , sent emails and tried to phone but got nothing back , I m now advising PayPal to sort this , not a happy customer

Very happy with my purchase was after new Gym Gloves for a while as my other pair was worn out RDX Gloves are amazing and would definitely recommend them to everyone who does alot of heavy weightlifting in the gym they fully support your wrists and stop the dumbells from cutting into your palm which is fantastic they arrived very next day with no problems great seller would recommend to all.

Very unreliable. They advertise items as available on their website. Their website states 2 to 3 days delivery but that's not correct. They send emails stating that order has been dispatched and provide an invalid tracking number. No communication regarding or updates from this company. Do your research before ordering from RDXsports.

My first order placed ended up with a wrong tracking info due the couriers loosing my package, once I made contact with RDX the response was within hours and fully delt with withing 48hours, which on this occasion was another one sent out which was received in perfect condition and excellent quality.
Couriers errors cannot be helped but the service was fantastic so will definitely be shopping again.

I would not recommend rdx sports to anyone. The products might be good but they never turn up. The courier just doesn't deliver and customer service does not care. Absolutely awful service.

Great company with quality products !!! I have been ordering martial arts equipment for many years. I feel RDX is one of the best.

Great company and with good quality gear and customer service are great.... however I will never use them again because they use yodel as a courier and have messed me about every time I ve brought something (3 times now) like there stuff but not worth the hassle you Get from delivery...

do not use, made order over a week ago but still no goods. spoke to a customer service rep and was told they will look in to and will email me back but have heardnothing. just tried to call again and left a further message.

Ordered from them on Monday paying for the express delivery. Hasn't recieved a tracking number or invoice so got in touch with them.. No luck on the phone. Sent several emails and Facebook messages which they replied to all of them but with different excuses. One even offered a 15% refund which hasn't been actioned at all. I discovered my brother in law got the sawm bag of amazon with a lot of extra kit fro the same price and arrived the same week of ordering. Since hearing that I've contacted the bank who have refunded the transaction and are disputing the case. I suggest everyone doesn't use this website and goes to amazon.
