If I could give minus stars I would. I never ever write reviews, but I have never been treated so badly by any company in my life. I ordered some boxing gloves in early December 2021 and should have received them within a few days, I didn't, so I was told they got lost and a new pair would be sent immediately, great!
No not great they didn't arrive, got lost AGAIN!
AND! they don't have them anymore! I paid an extra £17 to get another pair to be sent out straight away. Guess What? They got lost AGAIN! Our apologies we will send some out to you on next day delivery. A week goes by..... Guess What? Yes that's right, they've got lost AGAIN! , AND! they don't have them anymore. Am I going mad?? No its really happening. I've had enough it's been 5 weeks since my order at this point, I want a refund. OK sir, it will be back in your account in 24-48hrs.
80hrs later... still no refund. So again I log on to their online chat for what feels like the 100th time, I must have spent 8hrs on this F#@$ing chat because they don't answer the phone. Apologies sir, please give us another 24-48hrs. OMG! WtF is going on? Now 6 weeks no gloves, no refund.
Stay away from these jokers if you value your sanity.
