Wait time to see a teller is 75 minutes, more if it is close to month-end. The availability of seats is next to nothing considering the number of people and the wait time. Worse yet if you pay for preferred service; your wait time is now reduced to 30 minutes.

Billing is long after the end of the quarter. This means that you have to remember or have to retrieve the information for the time period. And your records may not match theirs.

This bank makes millions from services. I don't see any reduction in fees. In fact, fees have increased for everyone.

But they are still going bankrupt. They want customers to stop their accounts. No payment for the bank. Otherwise, the bank has to pay a penalty.
