Attended many classes and toured the factory every time. Fully catered and snacks available. Very accommodating to my Vegan diet. Service and support are top notch. Still enjoy stopping by to pick up parts on will call.

This company sold me a pool heater 11 months ago. The heat exchanger went out two weeks ago. They only have a one year warranty and they are refusing to cover it saying my water is bad. I had a lab report done on the water and it is perfect. I read on line that they do not cover their warranties and always come up with an excuse. And sure enough that is happening to me. My pool man said that all of the ones he has put in have gone bad within a few short years or less. He recommends Hayward now. Do not buy one of these units no matter what. Mine was a P-R407A

The new Innovation Learning Center is AWESOME. For the building as a whole it is very clean. Along with that they have their own water bottles so that's cool too. Would come again for more training! Thanks Raypak.

Could use a lil more parking tho.

Guys stood by their warranty. We had a boiler installed last year which had a bunch of symptoms that were hard to correlate. They sent a tech out at least seven times, changed out parts and recalibrated systems until they got it to run consistently. I was very grateful to them.

Their Rheem water heaters are useless and only lasted 3 years. Paid $350 for 40 gal heater in Sept 2017; it "died" Dec 2020
BAD product, too much money for that short life (was supposed to last 15 years)!

Attended classes at the Innovation Learning Center. Very nice facility. Catered lunch and had hands on training. Took a basic boilers class and it was VERY basic. More basic than I thought it would be but good for someone new to the field.
