So we just bought a house and when renovations exposed that our electricity setup was from the 1900s, we had to (per our HUD consultant) do a total house rewiring. We met with several contractors, and Raynor was by far the most professional. I toured our house with the rep and he was so detailed (measurements he needed, what kind of sockets would go where, what kind of lights would go where, a lot of electricity-person lingo that was lost on me but at the same time was reassuring) and even knew about how our existing outdated 1900s system worked, that I was impressed. Just got a good, friendly, knowledgeable vibe from him and the company overall, which I relayed to my husband who could not be there that day, and we decided to go with them and were not disappointed. They completed the house rewire in a few days and communicated well by email and phone calls. Towards the end we needed some little things changed like a socket moved a few inches over so it wouldn't be behind the stove, and they were accommodating. Very pleased!

I had my water heater, furnace and ac replaced in the townhome I just purchased. Everyone from the salesman, to the installers, to the ladies in the office were so friendly, helpful and prompt. All of it was installed in 1 full day, a week after speaking with the salesmen. As a woman who doesn t know much about these systems, I felt like I could trust that this company was being honest about what I needed for my home and gave me a fair price for services. Even though they were a little more expensive than other quotes I received I was told that it was better quality equipment than what the other companies quoted me on. The installers were very polite and professional. They also made sure to clean up their mess at the completion of the job and explained how to use the new thermostat. The system was only installed today so I can t comment any further on how it works or service and repairs, but if they are as efficient with service as they are installs I believe I will be very satisfied. I absolutely will recommend this company to others!

I had some lights installed in our backyard by Raynor, Chris the representative came out to give me an estimate and help with the design. Chris gave some great insight to our vision of what we were looking for to make our backyard a great place to entertain. I was very pleased with the design and moved forward with the install. We were having our sons graduation party on Sunday and Raynor set us up for an install on Friday. The team of Chris and Sharn came out on time when they were scheduled and went over the design again to double check and went to work. Chris and Sharn worked non stop to get this done before the rain in a very professional manner as well. My wife and I are extremely happy with the work both men did and how amazing the backyard came out. I would recommend Raynor (Chris and Sharn) to anyone of my friends or family for Electrical installs. Thank you

Our new air conditioning system was installed April 14, 2021. We wanted an economical and problem-free system. We had contacted other vendors for pricing and information but they failed to instill the confidence we wanted. Then we decided to contact Raynor Services. Raynor currently provides maintenance on our Generac emergency generator, and has performed small electrical repairs, a roof fan replacement, and replacement of outside security lights, and did an excellent job. We wanted an updated A/C system with low energy usage and a modern programmable thermostat. We were not disappointed! Matt reviewed our current system and provided an estimate to repair that; Aaron gave us estimates on several cost options to replace the existing system. We chose the latter. Aaron gave us easy to understand explanations of available options and the various equipment models. With the information provided, the decision to replace our existing system was made very quickly. The installation crew, Jeff, Lou and another, were in and out in two days. No loose ends on the entire installation. Do we re commend Raynor? Yes, yes, we do!

I called for a service call for electric out on one side of the wall. Everyone was amazing and professional, from the regular updates until your technician arrives, you are being updated. I had an amazing technician by the name of Kevin, what a professional and the service representative (young lady) I had was amazing as well. They even had a follow up after my service appointment. What an amazing , professional service. I would definitely use again, great service and prices, everything is explained to you in great detail before they even start. I was very pleased with my service .

Had Raynor services come out to replace a faulty breaker for my house before I could go to settlement. Not only did they manage to squeeze me in the schedule they got to my house early. Not the first time I ve had them do service work when no one was home. From the minute I made my first call to them until the the completion of the work I was kept apprised of when they would arrive, what the repair would cost and how long it would take. The repairman stayed in touch with me by phone before arriving and during the repair. All recommendations were fully explained. The work was completed quickly and the repairmen made sure everything was in working order when he left. A complete report arrived by email within minutes of completion. Pricing was way lower than expected. I highly recommend Raynor Services. In the past I had only used them for HVAC services and had never had a problem. Good to know they are also an excellent choice for electrical repair. Everyone I spoke with was professional, courteous and did everything they could to get the job done. Thank you Raynor.

I had Electric work completed by Cory. This included rewiring and installing new fixtures to modernize my home and ensure it s safety.

Communication with Dana, Ashley and all office staff could not have been better.
Cory provided several estimates; so I could make the best decisions regarding work that was needed.

I cannot say enough fine things about Cory. He is conscious, intelligent and respectful. It is challenging, as a home owner to get a company, such as Raynor to provide techs that are capable of writing the estimates and completing the work. I have found with other companies that there is often frustrating for the homeowner the disconnect between the sales team and those that provide the service. In addition; the office coordinated between tech, customer and fiscal with absolutely no worries.....noting that their telephone, texting and email communications with customer were superb.

I am in the process of having new estimates tweaked to meet my homes immediate needs, so Kindly look forward to more reviews from this pleased customer.

We were recommended Raynor by my brothers, they had used them extensively. We just had our agent come and assess the issues for an estimate. He was courteous, friendly, honest, and thorough. We are definitely using them for the work on our house.

My wife and I took some time to choose a new A/C system and contractor. This was a new installation and wanted to make sure we chose the best equipment and contractor to perform the install. Without question, we made the correct choice of American Standard and Raynor Services. The team of Matt, Mike, Matt & Tim worked two very long days (10+ hours) to make certain the system was installed correctly and on-time (2-days). I was impressed with the quality and the cleanliness of their work. Mike spend 30 minutes going through all the paperwork after the installations to make sure we understood the warranties and the operation of the system.

Bottom line ... I highly recommend Raynor Services if you are looking for a reliable A/C contractor representing a quality line of equipment.
