You claimed to have regular service after the 4th of July, mine wasn't picked up on Wednesday. After emailing, Alexis Lucas says to leave it out, they will get it Thursday. I emailed again and was told to leave it out, they will get it Friday. Well it wasn't picked up Friday either. I emailed again and haven't heard back. Come on, you can do better than lie to your customers!

I am landlord on the West side we have multiple accounts with this company, but this company is a joke. They do not care about our concerns.
This is the WORST customer service I have ever experienced.
I have had service from rays trash for over 20 years. I have always had great customer service. That s is why I have stayed with them so long. Today that changed!!! Had extra corrugated boxes, that have always been picked up, no questions asked. Driver left the boxes. Once I called to discuss the situation they now have implemented a limit and will no longer be providing great customer service.
Should not be surprised. There are several companies in this day and age that choose to go from great to good or mediocre.

I live near Martinsville and don't use rays but my neighbor does. Happened 7-9-21. I don't expect people to respect stuff anymore but still disappointed they did this. At least this gives me the motivation to put up my security cameras I bought a couple months ago.
This company has not picked up the trash at 504 Woodruff Place West Drive for 4 weeks now , it is causing flies and god knows what other creatures , for 15 years it wasn t a problem but now it seems to be.
Damage to property MULTIPLE times, and lack of responsibility for it. Can t get anyone to answer emails. Which is the only way to communicate about the issue apparently. Lady on the phone very short and rude.
I am very impressed with our recycling truck driver. He is doing a fantastic job collecting all the recyclable goods. He is always here to the exact same time and leaves absolutely no trash behind! Thank you for being so amazing!!!!!
Not happy with our service the last two weeks! We have had TWO trashcans mangled by the truck's arm! We tried to repair them ourselves but the dents are too large. They always used to have people empty them manually. They go too fast and don't care about the fact that we paid money for these! They don't reimburse enough to pay for another trash can in full but are more than happy to tell you about their cans for rental!
This is one of the worst experiences with trash services I've ever had. They have driven their trucks off the driveway through my yard, leaving 4" ruts, consistently drive right by my property, or pull in and not dump my can, and/or leave it half full. I've had to call the company multiple times to get service correct. Yea, the office individuals have been somewhat helpful, but I shouldn't have to stand outside each week, and watch to make sure they take my trash as advertises and paid for.
