Best import shop in town won't go anywhere else they treat you like family highly recommend this shop over any other shop in town

Rays is great. They're honest and fair. May take a little while, but it's worth the wait in my opinion to make sure it's done right.

Locally owned, quality all the way around from customer service to communication skills to the work they do. They are also very organized. I wouldn t take my car anywhere else. They are up front in honest with what your car needs. Which I like. I would HIGHLY recommend.

I initially gave this shop a three star review because I was a little concerned about the quote they gave me to repair a shifter cable. However the service manager Jordan reached out to me and broke down the costs and explained the labor involved with the repair. After doing some research and talking with Jordan I feel like I jumped the gun on the 3 star review. I think they actually care about their customers and have gone the extra mile to make sure I feel like I am being treated fairly. This is more than I can say about any other auto repair shop I have gone to. So hats off to you Ray's Imports. I will be coming to you the next time I need help.

The crew at Ray's Imports were very friendly and very helpful when I brought in my old VW Jetta. Ray's Imports was recommended to me by multiple friends, and I would absolutely recommend this place to everyone.
