For sports events great, concerts not so bad acoustics

Unfortunately, the Ullllmmmmer always lose their great arena when we watch but great atmosphere and great food in the VIP lounge

Very good view of the show, but the seating plan does not match the actual seating and we had the corridor between us!

Good. The only flaw when booking online is that the railings are not shown on the plan. So I had booked a seat with a railing right in front of my nose, where the view was very restricted

Well organized, but the stage equipment is not very sophisticated. The hall is designed more for sports events and not for stage performances as now the magic event to 150 years Neu-Ulm. The sound manager, like so many of his colleagues, has a hearing loss and wants to harm the visitors as well. Just too loud. But fortunately, these "music" deposits were relatively little in the otherwise great stage show. I do not want to experience a music event here. The food prices are too high. Parking costs expensive 4 .

Visited the Ratiopharm Arena once for a basketball game and once for a party. The hall is modern and well organized.

Unfortunately you can only pay with the house card, which you have to top up all the time.

The building itself is clean and easy to visit as a guest, unfortunately there are no free parking spaces here

Hello, I visited the arena as an evening show. Arena mega beautiful, good seats only the typical payment system with extrater card I find as a one-time visitor extremely complex. Also the payout afterwards with only one switch impossible.

However, I could send the card by mail and get the money transferred. The service and response times extremely fast and very friendly.

But I just have to deduct the one star. Goggle Pay or Appel Pay without an extra card or an APP would be better.

Super event hall. Excellent catering and the atmosphere, especially in basketball, is unique.

The show with Florian Silbereisen, Eloy de Jong, Michelle, Matthias Reim, klubbb3, breakdance and other stars was the madness. A great atmosphere, just great.

We had our wedding in the arena in the VIP area. The day was absolutely great the location absolutely beautiful and there was only praise from the guests.
The service staff was also very friendly.
You could also bring your own wishes and order your own catering service.
But now that's it, the event manager sat in the room at the bar all day and evening, watching the action. That was not agreed in advance.
The next point was the dismantling, it was not kept to agreements and it was things that would like to be used again or had to be given back.
The location is absolutely recommendable, the management is expandable.

When the hall is full of people it gets hot and stuffy. A reasonable ventilation would help.

Too few exits and bad traffic lights after event end. We waited 55 minutes until we came out of the parking lot.

My tip: before in the vicinity of plenty of food and drinks (Peach Pit, KFC or similar). Park with Dietrich and save the stress when driving out.

The worst beer is in the arena. Mainly at Bbspielen

It was a great arena. The magic show was cool. Great magicians. * But ATTENTION * We had problems with the payment at the snack stand! We had enough money on the card and were then in the minus. The computer has calculated something wrong. Please check them before paying how much money they have. You can ask or they look on the monitor where everything is calculated. If such a problem occurs Dan talk to the boss who is responsible for the cash register. But otherwise everything was fine. And the moderation was good too. There were two people from different radio stations. And have fun relatively free and moderated with a smile on the face.

Super Bowl inlet at 21 o'clock. However, for the hall only at 23 o'clock. That is 2 hours sitting in the entrance on beer benches and waiting for the inlet. Burger happyhour from 21-22 o'clock for the cat. Burger Buns are estimated realistic about 2 days old and rock hard. The burgers are lukewarm and rather underground. Recommendation: Peach Pit opposite. The best way to bridge the waiting time with a movie. 1. And last time Super Bowl in the arena. Addendum: Admission to the hall at 22 o'clock

I'm a big basketball fan. I'm in every home game. Three parking fee was already so la. But now four . I would be interested in the reason. A pity but in the future we will park somewhere else

Sporting events and concerts. Various options for a snack. Beer is disgusting, too bad that there is only one variety. The organization is good. The mood in basketball really awesome.

I love this place because there are lots of cool events like basketball, comedies, or concerts.

The largest group of musicians perform in this legendary room (maximum security) Very clean very well maintained places are expensive but hey no choice.

We love to go there, good service, parking available, will be back

One can not imagine how it was without the arena. A gem of our region.

The ratiopharm-arena is a hall in Neu-Ulm, which repeatedly performs both celebrations, but also live performances by various celebrities. The organization is always very good, there is always something to drink and eat at the stands, but you should not forget to exchange cash for a card at the cash desk in the entrance area. I have been there several times, family as well as with friends and was always very satisfied. A visit is only recommended.

The hall is designed as a multifunctional hall, but does not live up to the demands of a concert hall. The venue deserves the name "Halle", because it is quite echoing. Those who want excellent sound prefer to see if the artist also comes to the BigBox in Kempten or to the Liederhalle in Stuttgart. I only heard a lousy sound in the Stuttgart Schleyerhalle.
In addition there is the payment system with card, in which the visitor gives the organizer a loan! That too is awkward to outrageous.

Conclusion: in Ulm dear Roxy or CCS!

Ideal for sports. Concerts must be well controlled. Payment system for outsiders cumbersome. Parking lot organization much to be improved.

Was there in March 2014 at the game between Ratiopharm Ulm and Hapoel Migdal Jerusalem there. We were in third and had a nice evening in a pretty chic hall with very cool, passionate fans.

Unfortunately, the big awakening came a day later: I had after the "enjoyment" of a Currywurst with fries in the morning after massive gastrointestinal problems, the other two had dipped in part only fries or bread in the curry sauce and were also badly struck. Because this was very noticeable, we thought about informing the hall operator, but then (probably for convenience) did not do it.
As the catering is overall, I can not say in the absence of concrete experience. Whether I want to make these experiences, is an open question. I can only advise against Currywurst, which was harmful to my health. And the likelihood of this faux pas repeating may not be so low either. Often it lacks the freshness and quality of the ingredients or just the cleanliness.

Nevertheless, two stars, because the hall is great, the evening was nice and the fans really very passionate (almost as much as in my my basketball home, the sports hall casting east :-)). And if the Currywurst had not been, there would of course have been five stars.

We had a great evening. Everything well signposted, hall not too big. With the payment system we got along well (charge cards). You can give back a cup or throw tons into donations.

I find it impossible that you can only get something to eat or drink with previously purchased check cards!

What really bothered us at the two events we attended was the excessive volume! Music, announcements, everything that was output through speakers was just too loud!

A place for concerts pleasantly friendly and manageable for Neu Ulm.
