A great arena with a great atmosphere! The Globetrotters were pretty awesome here but the chairs could be slightly more comfortable.

The Kelly Family concert was great. Great view, clean toilets, nice staff. Only cashless payment with the ratiopharm arena card is stupid if you are not there more often. Hence deduction of points.

Answer to the owner's reaction: It is clear to me that you can return the card, but it is still cumbersome.

Security has the mission to search for food and sweets. Security therefore deficient and intentionally careless if something happens ......

Insane arena. Was the first time in a basketball game and the atmosphere is just amazing.

I visited the hall as part of a BBL game, great atmosphere and great atmosphere.

A very nice hall for concerts. Sufficient parking spaces available. And also in the evening when leaving the parking lots there were instructors who really quickly put the many cars out of the way.

I deducted a star because you have to buy such a strange card there, which you then load with money so that you can buy drinks or snacks at all. First of all, nobody really knew that you need this card to pay and that cash cannot be used to pay at the till. Was very annoying because you were in the long queue and only when it was your turn was you told that there was no other option than to buy a card ... Then we didn't know where this card was available. When the concert was over, all the people from the entire arena were in huge queues at the cash registers to redeem the tickets for the loaded money. Keeping the card is only an option if you are in this hall regularly.
This waiting time could also have been saved by letting the people who prefer to pay with cash just pay and not obliging everyone to buy such an unnecessary card ... why this complicated and time-consuming nonsense?

Have been to all parties and events here. Except for the cloakroom, it is quite good. That was really a mess ... we stood 2 times very long at a party. But we will come back, hoping that it will be better next time ...

VKV was absolutely awesome, acoustics were great, food and drink except that it was very expensive. Air in the hall was despite that it was still very pleasant. The only really negative point was the wardrobe at the end with only one person at the issue, of course it took forever would have been much better if 2-3 employees had been there.

Fully beautiful hall, pleasant atmosphere, no long waiting times when eating.

Schlemmerarena was delicious, lots of choice, "Mitnipper" was also very tasty

Hello I unfortunately have to tell you that it is not allowed to bring food and drinks in the Ratiopharm Arena, nobody says anything for a small snack, but the rest is not allowed Larger events always full but there are several kiosks and it is also correct that you can only pay with the arena card, which you have to buy beforehand from employees with an orange t-shirt who are everywhere and can also top up with them Apart from that, the card is not for single use, it can be very useful if you are often in the Ratiopharm Arena. As an employee of the security company that works in the arena, I think that despite everything there is a great atmosphere at the events are the few minutes you have to queue there I think are irrelevant.
With this in mind, I wish you much fun in the arena next time.

Signposted and sufficient parking spaces. Parking costs were 3 , were instructed separately. Food and drinks of quality and price comparable to other such locations, but you need your own credit card to top up. The card was loaded / bought by employees on site. Toilets were clean, but packed during breaks.

I personally find Halle very good and clear. Only for a toilet corridor you have to plan a little time as felt the toilets are always exactly on the other side of the hall. You can not pay cash in the hall, but you have to buy and recharge an arena card.
