Rapunzel Salon and Day Spa Review

Recieved a gift card for Christmas and had my first of several visits. The shampoo girl was lovely as was my stylist and I love my haircut!

I've been going to Nancy for a facial the last 5 years. She is amazing, knows her stuff and just the sweetest person. I make it a point to see her 2 to 3 times a year for a refresh. She transformed my facial routine. The salon has a great atmosphere.

I followed Kate there from her previous salon of employment and almost immediately felt the difference. The staff at Rapunzels are unorganized and confused at best and down right unprofessional and confrontational the majority of the time. I, for several years got the SAME exact services every time I would come but the price kept changing without any notice until I would go to pay. If I tried to question and push back I was labeled difficult . Seriously!? This happened at least SIX times! I felt loyalty to Kate so continued to go there but I guess she had no loyalty to me since after seven years she refused to see me because I challenged yet another price change. She actually argued with me about it instead of getting a manager to handle it right out in public! Finally I asked her to get Matt the manager. He took me into a private room and agreed with me that I had every right to be frustrated and to question all of the inconsistencies. Even after all if that I made another appt with Kate which was changed to Liz at the last minute bc I guess Kate was upset . Unbelievable at this point. Well, the topper was when I went to that appointment I asked to speak with Dawn the owner and she- with zero regard to the customers in her lobby- started to berate me and make up lies about things I didn t say. She would not even make eye contact with me . Seriously beware of this place and these people. She even refused to give me my color formula just out of pure spite. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere but here. I m happy where I m at now and saw the difference right away. Perhaps it was a blessing for me that I was forced to move on to a professional salon that has actual adults running the show.

I have been going to Rapunzel's for over a year for regular message's with Krista and I highly recommend the salon and Krista. Krista is excellent and very professional.

Great place to have anything done to your hair. Everyone is super friendly and they are a wiz with hair.

A few weeks ago Matt called & had to move my husbands appointment back a few house ... Then yesterday we got a call saying that they had to canceled his massage on Saturday !

I have only ever gotten waxed here. I've gotten pretty much everything waxed and seen a number of different estheticians. I've always had a great experience. Clean, friendly, welcoming, and always waxed to perfection. I highly recommend this salon for any waxing needs.

My fabulous boss bought me a half day spa treatment for my 15 year anniversary. Patti did my massage and it was perfect! Great pressure, great technique. Miranda did my facial/body scrub/mani & pedi. She was awesome! Professional, super friendly and so talented. Treat yourself!! It's worth it! Thank you guys for the great day!

I always enjoy my visits to Rapunzel Salon. Jesse keeps up with the latest styles and color trends. All of the people there are warm and friendly making it a pleasant experience.

I had a wonderful CBD massage with Olivia .She did a wonderful job of losening my tight muscles and making me feel less stressed .Ths spa area was beautiful and peaceful .I am looking forward to going back soon :)

My daughter received mani/pedi services here in June. This is a phenomenal one stop pampering shop. As I waited in the comfortable waiting area with a view and complimentary water in a glass, I witnessed an extremely organized, busy interaction between staff and customers. The staff runs this spa as a well oiled machine. At our visit I was made very comfortable. My ticklish daughter got thru her pedi without a full on gigglefest, and was happy with her nails for prom. They deserve every bit of the 5 stars and some. I would recommend this spa to everyone. If you're thinking of going, don't hesitate, treat yourself by letting Rapunzel's staff pamper you!!

I have gone to this salon for massages and facials for years. I think they are excellent. The staff is friendly and the facility is peaceful. They have great sales too. What's not to like?

Through a friend I went to Rapunzel's for a "NEW" - do last month and I loved the whole experience! The Salon is fabulous. It was an hour drive, but a great way to spend the day with a friend and I look forward to our day together at Rapunzel's again.

This is our go to place. We have been coming for years from couples massages to prenatal massages to facials and salon services. Best place in town

Very great staff and very clean facility. Came here with MIL for a bridal spa package. Everything was lovely, the whole atmosphere. The only downside was my manicure. They do not do designs here and my nail polished changed colors in 3 days and I had to pay an up charge for the gel nails which I understand, but not if their cream color polish turns orange in three days. Its not the color changing polish either. I had to get my nails done at another salon 2 days before my wedding. Rather than that I was pleased and would return again, just not to get my nails done.
