Slow to respond to tickets. Not the same company since they were purchased by Cox.

Onerous 'Terms and Conditions' referenced into contracts and listed on their website. Agreements 'auto renew' unless you provide a 60 day termination notice, if you fail to do that, they charge you early termination/'breakup' fees. Contract fine print like this solely benefits Rapidscale to the detriment of the customer and is not a mutually beneficial business relationship.
