Love Rapanui clothing! It's super soft and the designs are great, the colours are super bright. Also big fan of the plastic free packaging!

Love Rapanui and everything they stand for. Ordered t-shirts and a jumper recently and it all fits so well and is so comfy :) Will be very hard not to buy anything for a while hahaha

100% awesome company, great people and GREAT CLOTHES. They know how importnat the CUT and SHAPE of clothes are. Its the way they FIT as well as the style and these guys and girls are bang on it. On top of that they are a super cool ECO brand and not even expensive its a win win for everyone and if that wasnt enough their customer service is AMAZING. I am a raving fan, will continue to not only wear Rananui gear but shout about them to my nearest and dearest as well as THE WORLD. Can you guys make some more outdoor adventure wear? As a plant based dude I would love to see more plant based stuff and promotion as well as the the plastic and save our seas shizzle too. Thanks Marcus you ROCK dude. Warmest regards.

Really impressed with the quality of the clothing received - well made and a good fit. Service was also excellent and the order arrived within a few days without any of the plastic that other clothes suppliers insist on using.

I like everything about Rapanui clothing. I'm not a surfer, just about as far from the sea as you can get in the UK, but I like the whole, think about the future, sustainability, fair trade and recycle when possible thing. While we are about it I like the job creation and innovation using new technologies thing too. You are not buying into a brown rice and sandals enterprise, although I'm sure that's allowed, but an enterprise trying to take the world forward in its thinking. That's what got me looking at the site and, on the basis of what they said about themselves, I bought some of their clothes.
If you watch the videos on their home page you get an idea of what to expect and sure enough the cotton is so soft it squeaks. It does shrink ever so slightly when its washed for the first time so I would advise buying a size larger than you normally wear. I am now the proud owner of three jumpers and several plain tees and a couple with logos on. Th e jumpers are my favourites. I wear the yellow one more than any other and actually find myself feeling lightly sad each time I have to take it off. I like the way the cotton seems to mould itself to me. It's just the right kind of warmth. (That sounds odd but I know what I mean.) I either wear it with a t-shirt underneath but most of the time I just put it on. It's smart enough to get regular compliments about the style and colour. I am always happy to direct enquiries back to the Rapanui website. Their clothes and their own website are what sells their stuff. I think their prices are very reasonable. I applaud their efforts re the environment and their recycle policy complete with reusable just about everything endears them to me even more. Feel good, basic, quality clothing with good intentions and no quibble service to back it up. As far as I'm concerned, that's what I'm looking for. Really impressed with Rapanui. Speedy delivery of my new organic leggings, delivered plastic free. The company has great ethics and i so far only own leggings as i am a slow shopper / conscious consumer but wouldn't hesitate to shop online with them again.

Their clothing is from sustainable good quality. Unfortunately if the clothes don't fit, there is no point in returning them and you''re stuck with stuff you won't wear. The shipping costs (that are for the customer) are close to the same as the purchasing price.

My order just arrived from here and I'm super pleased! I've been browsing ethical retailers for ages and so far couldn't find anywhere that would just sell a basic black/white t-shirt, and plain hoodies (without costing an arm and a leg!!)

Only criticisms:
- there wasn't a black hoodie (so I went for green.. maybe i'll dye it )
- I usually buy hoodies a size larger, but it looks like the true size is perfect anyway. I'm a 12, ordered a 14 expecting the 12 to be snug, but it feels like a 14. Which is alright, I'll just remember for next time I don't need to order a size up. Sounds dumb, but it would be super handy if there was a line in the description that said something like "don't worry, these aren't stupidly fitted like most women's hoodies are so you don't need to order a size up"

We missed the delivery, but didn t get a note through the door, so our tees ended up going back. However the lovely team at rapanui contacted me and they have sent back out! Really looking forward to receiving these. Have had some before, such great quality and good value!

I bought two items of clothes. One T-shirt for me which I love and a T-shirt dress for my daughter which was massive, it had been custom printed for her. I returned it for a smaller size. It was reprinted and sent to me very quickly without any questions. Brilliant service and lovely quality. I highly recommend and will buy again.

I bought a jumper that was a bit out of shape, I contacted customer service who were excellent, they sent me a returns label and posted me a replacement which is lush!

Edited to 4 stars: The response from Rapanui to my complaint was dealt with very very quickly and the items were expedited to me.

Orginally 2 stars: Ordered a number of items from this site on 29th October, when they confirmed they'd been posted the same day. 14 days later, items haven't turned up. I've now been told to wait another 14 days for them to arrive as they "can see that your order was sent from our UK factory recently, so not to worry it is on its way to you".

Seems odd to confirm they've been sent, only to be later told they'd been sent recently.

To their credit, the customer service response has been quick.

Everyone else seems to talk about the quick delivery, so quite surprised to be in this position.

Really wanted to like the brand as I'd researched somewhere good to get sustainable clothing. Got a t shirt and a couple of sleeveless tees. Great delivery, great feel to the fabric, great fit, until... One wash, 30 degrees and line dried as the instructions, completely shrunk and unwearable out of the house.

I've got t shirts from non ethical brands that are 4/5 years old and been worn and washed tons that are still in good condition. I think I'll stick to buying from these brands as seems more sustainable than buying products that have been manufactured sustainably but then don't make it through first wash?

Just received my mustard yellow fisherman's style jumper and it is fanbloodytastic. Gorgeous colour, comfy but flattering. Love it. Came really quickly, no plastic whatsoever, not even on the label. Brilliant. Thank you!

The product is of great quality and I was also impressed by their packaging (or lack of!). The clothes I ordered arrived in a very nicely designed Jiffy bag with plastic sucks printed on it, which made me laugh. Plus the clothes themselves were unwrapped so no waste of pointless over packaging. Will order again!

Great quality stuff and love the ethos and idea of being able to send the stuff back once you've worn it out. Only negative is that the one size fits all socks are too big. I'm a size 8 so yeah small feet but why not offer different sizes

Firstly, the delivery was speedy!! And then the package wow, love it, I might keep it. As soon I got out my items - T shirts and a shirt, I was amazed by their quality, visible and tangible. I'm impressed and happy customer - a regular one!!

Fantastic company. I have bought many items from them now and they have all been of amazig quality. The prices are reasonable and the ethics and ethos behind the company on enviromentalism is superb. I would reccomend them to anyone.

I bought 4-5 T-shirt s from this company and overall I was happy with the shipping and packaging. But after a couple of washes (I followed the instructions on the label and washed them inside out) almost all of the prints started to peel away rapidly.
Now, one year later they look very bad - to the extent that I would just wear them around the house, but the deterioration began much earlier.
This in my view ruins the benefits of buying sustainable clothing, because you need to buy them more often if you want to look presentable. The T-shirt s are still in good condition in all other respects, but the prints definitely need work.

Ordered 4 t-shirts, just got them, delivery was fast efficient and I'm a huge fan of the minimal packaging, with no plastic used.

T-shirts themselves are awesome, you can really feel the quality of them. I've had three from the BBC earth range and one from the circular range, and all are great.

Fit is excellent, with a large fitting me nicely whilst also still emphasising the guns

Recently purchased a t shirt on the reviews of other shoppers.
So pleased I did as it is fantastic. The quality is beautiful, it washes without misshaping and the colour is as good today as when I first bought it.
The ordering and delivery were a dream.
The ethics are also another tick on my list.

One of the best brands I have bought from recently, just added a load of their products to my Christmas list. Really comfy, high quality, ethically sourced and great looking products at very reasonable prices - the graphic tees and sweatshirts are gorgeous. What's not to like!

Just received my first order. So happy with the quality of the clothes. The packaging is really lovely. As someone with an hourglass shape I found the t shirts cut a bit looser round the middle than would be ideal. I love them none the less can't wait to buy from you again!

In challenging times like now, nothing lifts the spirits more than people going the extra mile, and that is exactly what Rapanui did for me. In urgent need of a 50th present, ordered lunchtime Friday, explained the situation, and they pulled out all the stops - I got my bespoke designed tshirt THE VERY NEXT DAY - all the way from the IOW. Communication was second to none and the quality of the tshirt was the best I've felt in many years. For such a small company, I take my hat off to you. Others could certainly learn a lesson in terms of your customer service, decency, quality and most importantly how ethical you are. Thank you. We have subsequently order two more!

Excellent product, I have purchased multiple T shirts and two of their fisherman's jumpers and have been really impressed with the quality.
The jumpers especially often get commented on which is a new experience for me.
I was attracted by the ethos but I am going to stay for the quality and customer care. Definitely recommended. They just need to do trousers and skate shoes and I need not shop anywhere else.

Just received my first order from Rapanui Clothing. I was impressed by the ethical stand these guys are taking as well as their keen attention to environmental issues. The options available on their website for bundle deals are fantastic and I wanted to check out their products. Now I feel the quality and craftsmanship, I will certainly be ordering again.
For my first order I picked up a set of 3 t-shirts and 5 boxer shorts. I usually take a medium in shirts and am often frustrated by badly fitting items. This was not the case with Rapanui, the t-shirts are soft, a great weight and a perfect fit for me. I'll definitely be placing another order very soon.

So pleased with my order from Rapanui. It was delivered pretty quickly with no plastic (yay!) and the knowledge that this clothing has been made in an environmentally-friendly way as possible and can be returned for recycling when I've finished with it is awesome. The quality of the clothing is good so it should last, (also environmentally important, right?), the value for money is great and when I once had an issue with an item Rapanui sorted it out quickly and with no fuss. The whole family are now kitted out with Rapanui t-shirts and it's the first place that we look when we need new clothes.

Have just taken delivery of a bundle of t shirts and a grey hoodie - I'm really impressed! The fabric is lovely and soft and the style of the hoodie is great - it's a slim fit and really comfortable. Will definitely buy from them again!

I love the ethics and principles behind Rapanui clothing. The quality is lovely, the packaging minimal, yet cute & plastic-free. There's such a great choice of designs, and if you can't find the perfect one you can design it yourself! I'll deffo be back for more.

Really loved the customer care, I had to return the first selection as it was too big. Super easy and fast.

This is a review for Teemill - Rapanui's tech platform for a T-shirt printing business. I don't think I can praise Teemill enough in words, but I'll certainly give it a go... As an eco entrepreneur who has dedicated his working life to sustainability, I simply could not have dreamed for a better platform than Teemill from which to launch a new "side hustle". When I first heard of Teemill, I tried to pick holes in it, because it just sounded too good to be true. But... I couldn't find any holes! What they have built is phenomenal, and within eight weeks I launched my new sustainable and ethical fashion label, Renewabilitee. I could never have done that without Teemill. I hope that the excellent team continues to listen to customer feedback and release new features, to help support its customers' stores to grow and succeed. Everyone I have dealt with there so far has been delightful and always quick to respond. I have to give a special shout-out to Emily, who is the customer support rep I've dealt with most frequently.
