The team at RANLife just guided me through the purchase of two investment properties. Absolutely fantastic process from start to finish. Responses to my questions were timely and everyone on my team were the utmost in professionalism. Their rates were competitive and most importantly, the walked me through all my options and every detail of my loans. Also important to me is their portal and the ease of servicing my loan and everything is great. All in all, just an outstanding experience and highly recommended.

This is my second time working with Lance for a loan. He goes out of his way to make sure you understand everything regarding the loan and that you feel personally taken care of. He takes into consideration your reasons for what you're doing and is able to offer all the options that you may not have even realized you had. Kyle Smart handled our purchase so efficiently and professionally. Kyle and his team were able to help us navigate the house buying process so smoothly from preapproval all the way to closing. I can t say enough good things about RANLife and how easy they made the process. The constant communication really helped us feel comfortable and confident. Taylor at Ran life was awesome to work with. I was going through a divorce with my wife and having a really hard time and he was great to work with. All of the documentation and approvals were fast and efficient I would totally recommend them.

Aaron was absolutely amazing from start to closing.

I really think this company is great! I worked with Bryton and he was so helpful. Very responsive answered all my questions and was with me from start to finish. He even found a way to work with me until I was able to save for a deposit for my home. I would definitely recommend this company!

This isn't the first time I've used RANLife. I don't know if I'll ever use another lender again. James C. has been helping me and there isn't anyone more on the ball than he is. Closed on a home loan in a very timely manner. He was super at providing all upcoming documents needed from me. I provided them, he delivered!
