Good stay option, although the services can be improved quite a lot. Polite front staff.

The place is chic..but the service was quite slow. The atmosphere was well kept, ambience was well decorated.

This Hotel is beautiful and elegant. It has Valet parking as well as really good facilities that'll make you want to come here more. The only downside is that the food quantity is very less. I mean it's fine to charge a big amount of money for food but when you do, the portion size must be big enough for atleast 3 people to have it.

Good hotel to stay if you are in the city for only few days. Restaurant menu repeated frequently. Very slow wifi. Everything else is good.

Just OK Rooms and food is overpriced. Poor restaurant service. Could have been better.

Oyo services are good,, but now are becoming much expensive...........
Good for preferred location wise room requirement's as Oyo rooms could be found almost in all selected areas of Lucknow........

One of the better hotels in lucknow. Placed at convenient location with all the basic amenities in place , it ticks all the boxes to be a star hotel.
Rooms at very spacious and well maintained too.
Staff is very polite and always eager to help you out but definitely they need to do a lot to catch up with service standards of other star hotels likes Hilton and Hyatt.
Must give a try when you are in Lucknow next time.
