There was a warranty work to be done. Everything worked fine. I was also given at the last moment a loner car.

Mike D was a great salesman who helped us find a Hyundai Veloster in the corner of the parking lot. I love this car because it is a 6 speed manual and simply different. Although the process was a long one, which was out of his hands, I appreciate all the help he had given us. He was very friendly and he was able to engage in great conversations.

Alan, our service specialist, was excellent. He took the time to understand the issues with our older car and explained what repairs were required. He didn't push any unnecessary parts or maintenance and was honest about what needed to be done. He called with updates and provided clear cost estimates and communicated frequently while the car was being serviced. We were very satisfied with our service experience at Ramsey Nissan.

Ramsey Nissan is the best Nissan dealership. Just picked up a 2nd lease from Alex Meza. He s an amazing sales guy who dedicates his time and effort to make sure you leave there with a car you fall in love with. It has been a few weeks since my purchase from Ramsey Nissan and I am pleased with the experience. Dennis T. expressed a wealth of knowledge and a great experience during our car buying process. It's nothing like finding a dealer that provide REAL customer service. I would certainly do business with Ramsey Nissan and Dennis T. again!

My husband and I were shopping for a new vehicle for the past two months, We didn't want to drive to Ramsey, but How glad I am we did. We came across a team of hard-working people who went out of their way to serves and made us comfortable even though the store was hectic. We waited longer than expected. The sales Manager Stalin came by numerous times to check on us, got us lunch out of his pocket, and just made sure we were happy and comfortable; I also want to thanks my salesperson Michael Guzman. I will recommend them for years to come, and now they have a new loyal customer for life way to go, Ramsey Nissan.

Alan in the service department helped me from start to finish and he was exceptional. I had to bring my Rogue in for an issue and he was able to give me a loaner. I brought it in on a Thursday right before service area closed, he called me the following morning with updates. He made the process extremely smooth and the best part was that he showed a great deal of care and concern throughout. If I had the ability to give him a raise I would. Companies should value people like Alan because people like Alan help maintain customer loyalty.

Dennis T. made buying our Pre-owned Rogue simple and easy. He had us test drive 2 different model years. Once we purchased the car, he took the time to show us the ins and outs off all the features. The most important part, he gave us our space when making decisions, didn't pressure is and did his best to get us the most for the money. I would highly recommend Dennis T. if you're in the area.

Update - 1 month later

After completing the initial purchase and emailing the needed documents for registration, titling etc, it became impossible to get in touch with anyone dealing with my car. No confirmation the paperwork was received, no update it had been sent, no timetable on when it would arrive. Once my temporary tag expired, it took an hour and a half to print a new one, after I had called ahead.

Where did the customer service go? I thought Nissan was about respecting time?
