I loved the place! All very well, including the service, the facilities the view, just wonderful.

Nice restaurant with nice service and the opportunity to sit together for a group without any distractions from the surroundings.

It is worth visiting this place, I was very impressed with my visit to it, I arrived through some friendships and had a great time, a unique environment, a careful and efficient service, the treatment of better than I have received in my visits through the bars of Madrid, my experience this time has been phenomenal and at the moment it is within my favorite places

I will not be back

For now I have been in Thursday afterworks and they are very good, fun and with a lot of atmosphere. They are usually themed and disguise you or there is entertainment, snacks and drinks at good prices. It has five zones so I will have to try the other four to complete the opinion;)

Pathetic the attention shown by one of the waitresses when we have sat on the terrace has come with very little education and without saying anything, she tells us it is reserved, by the way the table was full of dirt, if this is exclusive for the client to come down God and see, I will not return.

We went in a group, we had made a reservation and we had to wait about 20 minutes to get the table (before we wait we asked for a drink). The treatment of the employees very well except one that after having consumed more than 500 euros, asking for the bill and asking for some free shots, comes up and tells us in a very bad way something like this ... "nothing is given here!". After talking with one of the very nice waitresses they gave us "courtesy". The delicious croquettes, the delicious sirloin and the good hamburger.

Very good quality and environment. Staff very attentive and friendly but perhaps too expensive for the amounts they put.

French cuisine With a Madrid twist that makes Ramses unique in Madrid. Electro Music while eating your Breton lobster salad? Gin and tonic on the Terrace? Just a perfect place to have a lovely evening in Madrid. Highly recommended.

I went to dinner with my wife at Suria restaurant and we loved the experience.
Excellent Mediterranean cuisine and a beautiful place.
The service very friendly and professional.
The entrance bar was very lively, so we took the opportunity to have a drink later to end the evening.

One of the worst experiences I've had in a restaurant. It is supposed to be a restaurant of quality, service and good taste and I ended up with the worst possible taste, above all the manager of the establishment who treated me without any respect, shouted at me and wanted to make me pay for a dish that I did not order. The waiter confused my order, I ate the dish without noticing that it was a different salad and in the end they wanted to charge me a difference of 10 euros for which I was not prepared. Instead of apologizing for being wrong in my order, I had to talk to four different people to listen to me and not shout at me and not demand payment for something I did not ask for. My portfolio should not pay for the mistakes of the waiter or the chef. Disfused without more. Terrible drinks. Worse service, to the extent that they even said that even an inefficient person would notice the error of the dish. The customer does not deserve this service and more with these prices. Save yourself a hard time and do not come. There are better options where if they want you to have a good time and not just charge for a bad experience.

My friend and I went to dinner on Saturday, they told us there was no table on the terrace and they put a table inside. Twice we asked the girl who was managing the terrace to sit outside and she said no, but there was a free table all night on the terrace, empty until we left. Dinner nothing to write home about, very normal quality very high price. The ceviche is very acidic, a lot of lime and low quality tiger milk. The waiters with little experience, their intention is not bad but they lack professionalism. Sorry, but I won't be back. Very nice but poorly managed site. The nicest is the girl in the bathrooms.

Waooo this place is super good decoration high quality service. The food really had not tasted something similar before. I had been recommended to take my girlfriend and she loved the style of the place was to return to the ancestors. We will certainly return to this place to celebrate our anniversary and the next.

More appropriate for drinks than for eating. Possy and trendy, more posturing than anything else. Crowded always. The views of the Alcala gate make it special.

It may seem overwhelming to be in the center of Madrid with cars and the bus stop nearby, but the music and the atmosphere make you relax so much that you think you are close to the sea. Very friendly and polite waiters. The menu is good and they have gluten-free items.

Two-storey premises
In the one below they have a bar and DJ, very well set.
In the one above that is where I was, there are several areas, I was at a party where we had the whole floor with our own DJ, I did not miss good music, drink or canapes at any time. Very good attention and original canapes. The only bad thing (not too much), the air conditioning of the premises, when there were more people there, it seemed a bit fair in some areas, I don't like that.

Deplorable ... cockroaches already at the door ... vomiting ... what a mess ...

We went to this restaurant's Christmas Eve dinner, taking the menu of 150 euros per person. The menu included as starters: cod passion, a grape stuffed with foie and orange and a mini squid sandwich. Then, as a first course there was rice with white truffle. Then they brought sea bass and pularda stuffed with figs and mushrooms as main courses. Finally, for dessert there was an orange and mango flan and an assortment of nougat. The menu included red wine, white and champagne. All the dishes were very good, noting the good quality of the ingredients. The only thing we liked least was the dessert, which was not bad, but we were not very excited. The service was very friendly and attentive.
