Stayed here in March. The room was out dated, shabby, and dusty. Shower could have nicer as well. The pool area was absolutely disgusting. Only one working elevator and the other was boarded up with wood and TINY. I was going to take the stairs at one point because my room was at the end off the hallway. I opened the door and GAGGED. It was atrocious and stunk badly of cigarettes. I will definitely not be staying at a Ramada ever again. This is the second stay at one recently and it was appalling.

This hotel is in the heart of Toronto. Everything is in walking distance restaurants all kinds of entertainment. I Truly like the location especially if you want to explore the city. The room size are pretty big especially the suite. The rooms are extremely clean the beds are comfortable and their customer service is superb. Canada keeps exceeding my expectations. They have an underground parking garage. Very safe.

We had a 4 night stay (in fact it's our last night tonight). The room we had was spacious and the bed very comfortable. We had a separate lounge area, bathroom and bedroom with a big walk in wardrobe. The bathroom could have done with a new wash basin as it was badly cracked. We had a fridge, microwave and tea/coffee facilities as well. The front desk staff were really helpful and informative. We didn't meet one that didn't offer to help make our stay a good one. Jarvis Street is an up and coming area. Easy reach of Downtown Toronto and the waterfront. Yes I would stay again. But they need to get that basin fixed and clean up the pool area including the changing rooms. It was grubby looking.

Great place to stay. Staff very friendly. Also, very close to the city. I had the junior suite and it was massive. I had a seperate sitting area with its own TV and microwave. Would definitely recommend it to anyone.

All the staff are very friendly. I have visited this hotel several times for more than 10 years and they have been consistently kind and helpful. This is my first choice hotel to stay in for the City of Toronto, Canada.

I was very surprised with how big the room was. We had a living room, dining room, separate bathroom with shower and a whole separate bedroom. Their pillows are amazing and I slept great. There is a TV in the living room area and bedroom which was nice. I would have given the hotel 5 stars, but when I went into the washroom there was some hair on the ground and something in the shower that I didn t want to touch. It looked like the cleaning staff only made the faucet sparkle. The mildew on the bottom of the shower was pretty nasty as well. That was pretty gross and hard to get over and want to shower. I also found the person who checked us on was not friendly at all. Oh, and be prepared to pay $40.00 for parking!!!!!!!. Considering you re spending a lot on the room itself it was pretty shocking the charge for parking. I wasn t impressed with that either.

Stayed here in early December. Our room was upgraded to a suite for free without us being notified. Location is amazing and is a short walk/subway ride to wherever you would need to go in downtown. Bathroom was definitely the highlight of the room, as it looked like it had been recently remodeled and had a spacious shower.

Older hotel, bit of a maze getting around. Underground parking. Was there for a conference, Solarium room was small, not really functional for groups bigger than 10, the afternoon sun cooks you alive through the skylights. Did not stay in a room.
