Lovely place but not open due to the covid key workers only

This hotel is brilliant. Stayed here for a business trip and was booked into a suite. It was like an apartment, very spacious and comfortable!

Water was hot, room was immaculate, bed was comfortable. You are also given complimentary snacks and tea/coffee.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here, the service was amazing and staff could not do enough to assist.

If I had one criticism it would be that the outside looks tired and is not much to look at as you can see from the picture. but that is certainly not significant enough to reduce my rating.

You can see from the pictures of my suite the level this hotel is at! Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to all. This is by far the nicest hotel in Coventry.

Staff excellent, room was dated and 2 of the 3 lifts out of action. Some of the public areas were looking very tired.

Awsome Place....

I was stayed at this hotel for one night. so i can say the staff are very nice helping and the rooms are very clean and big. and the price is very small for them. so I recommended this hotels for others as well. thank you for allowing me to stay as much as possible especially as a pandemic is happening everywhere now

Quite a decent hotel, looks like it has seen its best days in the past. My room was nice and quite big. The only issue I had was that the bar was poorly stocked. More than half the drinks were off and snack too. All in all, happy with my stay.

Great space in the suite! Can certainly recommend and secure parking (for a small fee) too. Staff welcoming and friendly. Lovely sunrise n sunset from our 7th floor room. Super shower, crisp linen and Fab comfortable bed!
