At par with all the other Ramada hotels that I have visited before. The staff was helpful, upon request I was also given a room with a bath tub. The room had all the needed amenities. There was also a packed minibar with snacks and soft drinks, which were billed at the time of checkout like usually incidentals are. Great property with an easily accessible location.

Rooms and ambience is nice. But service nit good enough. Gave tap water bottles in rokmand when asked for soap and tea coffee items. No response even after an hour

The rooms were tidy and clean. The staff very courteous. For the quality of the rooms, they were very reasonably priced. The food is quite decent as well.
Pros: Good rooms, comfortable beds, clean hygienic bedding, sanitised rooms. Comfortable stay. Cons: Expensive food, spicy food and average taste. Negative: As I had taken Only Room booking, I was asked to pay for food in the room every time I was served! The hotel doesn t allow you to add to the room and pay with check out! Found this absolutely strange and didn t expect it from Ramada! Even a non star hotel has the facility of adding all room services to the bill which one can settle at the the time of checking out!

Ramada delivers to its name. In this current Covid situation, it has maintained its reputation. The rooms are super clean. The staff is always helpful. The food menu ia good and the portions are goos for 2. All in all a good place to stay if you are a business traveller looking to crash at a good place.
Nice place to be. Super friendly and dedicated staff. The food is good. Breakfast is also very okay...you can request for any additional at no extra cost as long as they fall under breakfast menu. Fantastic Hotel, Nicely built, Fabulous Interiors, Food is also very very hygienically made and is suitable to the taste and pocket too. Lobby area is aptly decorated. Actually it's good for a quick coffee with munchies or even for a lavish spread of meals. If during this side of Gurugram this place definitely deserves a visit and for sure can't can't be a miss
