could add a place to sit down and charge phones, since it felt awkward to do it at a random pillar

Feels welcoming #1. Has a variety of stores and worth going even though the traffic and parking can be rough.

this mall has everything you need from high-end stores like Cartier and louis Vuitton to jc penny's and crocks.. they have a lot of restaurants to choose from including a food court. and so much more!

Really love this mall! It s so spacious inside for strolling with our kiddos in large strollers, and the store variety is great - higher and lower end brands. Definitely busy on the weekends, but nice and calm during the week.

This mall is great and some people decide not to go to it because they think everything is expensive, they couldn't be more wrong.
Remember we have laws for consumer protection, meaning that all forever 21's have to have the same clothing item at the same price everywhere...

Luxury feel and prices lol. But it's got everything you need in a mall, including valet. Their food court reno got rid of some of the food places I liked and the overhead costs are apparent. But if you got the money to spend, it's the place to go.

Very clean and quiet atmosphere during off seasons to shop and just hang out. Love the new additions to the mall and so far store employees throughout have been very welcoming.

If your a tourist this is the place to be, if your are a local well your a local. You know unless you have money, this ain't one of your local hang outs spots.

Your new website is most unhelpful. I would rather plan my day then having to deal with your website. I cannot plan which stores I can go to or where to start. Beings your mall is large you should have a more efficient website. You really need to fix your websistes and I m frankly disappointed in you guys. Not only that, you need to make it easier for tourists and other people to find their way around the website and your mall.

Best place to go if you need different items to buy

This is frequently listed as the 5th biggest mall in the United States, more-so because of its financial stability and annual number of foot traffic in the mall and it's sum-300 stores. It was a nice experience to go in and see the shops. There are some great stores to hit up, and great selections of high-dollar merchandise. Even a Tesla storefront!

However, because of the sheer number or things and peope packed into this amount of real estate amounts to one standout thing: way too many people. It's more than herding cattle when walking around the mall and going inside different stores. It's nauseating the number of people, plus the number of kids flatout sitting on the ground everywhere on a busy night (especially on the side outside of Starbucks). It's a bit much, and a bit of a sensory overload that made my shopping experience very overwhelming.

It's hard to find a one stop shop in Miami. This mall has a great selection of boutiques and is the best option for hitting a lot of stores quickly.

Very clean geat place to shop, has nice play area for little children. Parking is horrible in the evening and on weekends. Best time to go is between 11am and 3pm if you want to find reasonable parking.

Number one tourist destination and shopping attraction for decades. Great cinema. You can spend days and days there.

It's huge. They have remodeled a lot and the new restaurants are a MUST. They have a large slide great for all you crazy adults. Fun for kids too. They have an AMC theatre and a market that opens on the first weekend of every month.
