Ram Shipping Co Review

Having read the the mixed reviews I was a bit apprehensive I did mention it to Robin who was dealing with my request, he said don't believe everything you read. I thought OK, let's see. I must say I was really impressed by the service provided by Robin and JP RAM, I asked lots of questions and answers were provided. I was so surprised by how quickly the barrels were delivered to me, the driver who picked them how was a bit grumpy but I suppose you can't have everything! There were couple of niggles in JA but that's contractors for you. Well Done everyone, but there is always room for improvement.

I am actually saddened that it is now a couple weeks short of 5 months since my barrel was shift with your company from the uk to jamaica . It is said that my barrel accidentally went to Montserrat , after more than 30 calls to yourself I have still not got anywhere , nobody seems to be telling me what is happening with my barrel and when it is going to be with me .
, Jim Davies has repeatedly failed to answer my calls or return my calls after leaving many messages with colleagues of his . The contents in my barrel are highly valuable and of sentimental value ! .

Do you think it is right to take customers money and not provide the service ?

I will be taking you to court over this!

As a lorry driver that was loading I found them extremely helpful and accomadating. Nice bunch of people.

I HAVE always used ram however, I am so disgusted and disappointed in the way the items took nearly 3 weeks to arrive at my parents. The box was so badly damaged that the items inside where damaged. I bought a brand new digital pressure cooker and it was dented in 3 places. I sent the information and the photos. Did the get back to me know. The shipment went to Barbados and the way this RANCOROUS beings. handled the shipment they obviously didn't give a damn if the soil for damage anything inside. They are wicked and for that I will never trust my parcel with Ram never.

I shipped a horsebox out via this shower in August . When we unloaded it in Barbados it had been severely damaged whilst loading into the container. I reported it immediately to Robin, that was 3 months ago and absolutely nothing has More

Very good service. The ladies that answer the phones are very kind understanding and great customer service. I highly recommend them. I use their service at least 6 times per year. Pick up is always on time.

Very pleasant atmosphere. Workers went out of their way to help. It would be helpful to indicate the depot is on the North Side of Ferry Lane,our Sat Nav took me all around the South Side before we worked out where the depot is
