Horrible customer service One star at the moment is even too much of a Rating at this point it has been 3day with no help whatsoever in fixing a simple vehicle issue instead we ve Been made to feel ridiculed and undermining us as customers as we Originally got a car from them in 2019 and were very pleased at the time now as I write this I m trying to speak kindly yet finding it difficult as I and my husband felt discriminated against I never customer service representatives. I truly hope if you do end up getting a vehicle from this shop they have better customer service with the others because they have yet to show this to us in Decent Customer service.

Noah and the entire group at Schomp MINI did a spectacular job helping us buy our first MINI - an all electric 2022 British Racing Green Cooper we've named "Lola".

From the first contact through the ordering and pickup of the car, Noah and his team were spot on. When we arrived to pick up "Lola", we were shown to our car, offered coffee, tea and water (so happy someone thought to include water that was not ice cold!) and shown how the car works and how to care for our new baby.

We also liked how Noah took the time to discuss additional options and helped us chose ones that best fit our needs.

my wife had been looking in to a Mini Cooper, so we went down to schomp mini, the experience was great, we purchase the car, we drove it home, we also purchase their Colorado package witch includes window tinting, all weather mats and a clear bra, also the car was to have a satellite radio, so they told us they would installed everything on one day, we took the car down to dealer ship on a Friday, I had to call to ask about the update on the vehicle,they told me they would have to keep the car do to a software issue, they keep the car 4 days, the representative that was assign to our car never called, so we came to pick the vehicle, when we pick the car they told us we would have to called the satellite radio people to activated the radio, I called them they could not help me do to that schomp mini service department did not finish the job, on the installation, they have no communication skills,so now I have to wait to get the satellite radio installed the right way,

This is a great place if you're interested in buying a Mini! For a while I was wondering, what is the next car that is right for me. I stopped by Schomp Mini and I was greeted by Jack. I was amazed by how approachable and knowledgeable he is! I am definitely the person who asks a million questions and need full break downs of what-is-what. I came in doubting sales like most people but Jack reassured me of my concerns of quality and willingness to help me find excatly what I needed and features I didn't know I wanted. Even though I came in to just look around, ask questions and see what was in inventory, I left feeling welcomed and appreciated for stopping by. His rapid response to our initial email of interest is what got us to make Schomp Mini our first stop! He assisted us in the purchase of not one, but two vehicles. Most places are only helpful when you're "their" customer. I bought a MINI through a private party that still had Warranty and Maintenance left. Mary Thompson at Schomp MINI, took the time to research, print documents, walk me through the process, introduce me to other staff and service professionals, and stayed with me until my needs were met! Jason stayed to notarize my paperwork while we waited on the previous owner to arrive, the service guys gladly filled my tires before I left and even walked me through some instructions that were most helpful! I didn't spend a dime that day, yet each person I dealt with treated me with respect and in high regard. The character, knowledge and quality of people they have on staff is a direct reflection of the mentality and make up of Schomp! If I hadn't found my MINI already, I would definitely buy directly from them! Thanks for a surprisingly pleasant and actually delightful experience! :)

I had the BEST experience with Jeremy Smith at Schomp MINI. This was my first car purchase and I was very anxious about it to say the least. Jeremy was friendly, funny, knowledgable, and worked very hard to make me comfortable and provide the best experience possible. I never felt rushed (he even stayed WAY past closing time to finish up paperwork) and I got all my questions answered quickly and accurately. When I finally got a chance to head to this place, it was pretty smooth from start to finish. Keeping in mind I made no appointment, caught the sales staff off guard, and it was a rather hectic day.
Yet the staff was professional and attentive when I arrived with Mr Daryel Schnell taking charge. There were other people who were extremely pleasant and helpful, but I spent the most time talking with Mr Schnell.
Before I ramble on, I fully intend to return here for a future purchase and encourage any shopper to engage with this team.

I needed a car that was better suited to driving in the snow but wanted something fun! Cha Cha showed me a bunch of Minis because I was also considering a different model, but the pink Countryman was calling my name! Cha Cha was extremely helpful and worked with me all day, including following me home to get the title for my old car once I decided to trade it in, to save me having to drive all the way back to the dealership. I also forgot where a specific control was in the car the next day (there are so many buttons!), and she texted me a little video walking me through the onboard menus and showing me what to do. It s great that they have a wrap company in the dealership - not only was the money for the pink wrap donated to breast cancer research, but I look forward to going back soon to have some fun flowers added too! My car was awesome in the snow this weekend which is priceless in terms of peace of mind, and I m so happy to have a car that feels like *me* again Thank you, Schomp Mini!

Bought my 1st car from them, the process was quick and easy. I love the layout of the place and it staff. My sales person Jeremy went far and beyond to make sure I was happy with everything. Leased my current mini cooper from here! Our sales consultant, Tyler was excellent. Wonderful hip atmosphere. Anytime I go in for service my service advisor (Micheal Osborne) is extremely friendly and takes great care of the car and myself. Highly recommend a visit if your looking for a Mini Cooper or if you need yours serviced.

This dealership present themselves as different from other by saying the sales person are not on commission, you can return the car within 48 hours no question asked bla bla bla. But they are all the same crooks.

We found a lexus rx350 that was really good price, test drove it, really liked it, except it was pulling to one side which was most likely needed an alignment. The sales person said all used care come with new tires and alignment will be done as the tires are changed. That took care of our concern. The sales person was great, easy to talk and very friendly. But failed us in so many ways.

The next day he called and said, unfortunately they not going to change the tires since they are in a good condition. But will give us $400 towards new tires, we agreed. On the closing day, I decided to check tires tread depth, they barely have the minimum, let alone to be in a good condition, will probably need to be replaced before winter sets in. But we were so tired of the car shopping we decided to proceed with the purchase.

As we started signing financing paper work, we find out that the car has only one Key, which was never disclosed. The keys are very expensive, can run you a couple of hundred dollars. So we stopped signing unless we get a second key or price discount. Then the manager gets involved, tries to give us this bullcrap that the prices is so great they are not making money on this sale bla bla bla. They promised to get us in contact with a person in the next day or two who can sell us at deep discount.

We wanted to walk away from buying this SUV, but we were so tired with car shopping, we decided to proceed with purchase. They never got back to us with person to get the key. What actually seemed to be great deal was not a good deal after all!!!

As soon as I walked in and was greeted by the sales manager, Shawn, I knew I was in for the best car buying experience of my life. He took the time to listen to what I was looking for in a vehicle and was very honest and upfront with me throughout the process. None of those sleezy car salesman tricks you see at other dealerships. Shawn even worked with me to secure financing through the dealership at a better rate than my bank offered me. While I know major consumer publications say to skip the extended warranty plans, Shawn set me up with a deal that was too good to pass up! He got me three extra years of warranty coverage for less than I would pay for oil changes during that same time period.

Absolutely tremendous buying experience. I worked with Jake via email on Saturday prior to coming into the dealership, and he and I managed to get the deal worked out over the course of the day. I had a great experience with Jessie at Schomp Mini. I was interested in the brand new Cooper SE which had just come out. The car was brand new and details were scarce online at the time. Jessie was able to answer all of my questions and quickly arranged a test drive for me. After the test drive, I sat down with Jessie and went over the entire ordering process. At no point did I feel pressured into making a purchase. In fact, I was encouraged to take some time before making a final decision. A few days later I made an appointment with Jessie to put an order in. Again, I was impressed with Jessie s patience as he walked me through the customization process and answered my questions.

Went in just to look around and get some more information on these sleek cars. I was greeted by a very nice and helpful lady named Jani. Right from the start I knew this would be a great experience because of the initial smile she gave to me. I explained to her my situation, and she answered the questions that she could and if she couldn't she found someone that could. Definitely will be coming back here when I am more serious about getting a new car.

So I bought a car "as is" no warranty less then 2 months ago (Never do that). I thought they would inspect the cars before they sell them, guess not. Now I have a horrible brake mechanical failure. So I call to talk to the sale manager John Castello, who was the most disrespectful, sarcastic , unprofessional manager I've dealt with. Literally talked down to me like I'm some scum. Told me it wasn't his problem in the most sarcastic unprofessional manner. Disgusted

Likely the best buying experience I've ever encountered. I've had experience with the service department for years (excellent as well) but the first new car I've bought from Schomp. A friendly shopping environment and a no pressure sales team. I would recommend Schomp to anyone.

The only person that was any good at this dealership was the guy who scammed me into believing this was a good place to purchase from. It took WEEKS to get scheduled services done. Normal services- like an oil change AND I had a maintenance contract so there was no money exchanged. I put half the miles purchased on my lease and I was treated terribly. Tons of hidden fees in the contract. Nothing is smooth, always trying to get more money out of you while making you wait for them. I was a huge mini fan prior to this experience.

Working with Anne at Schomp MINI was such an easy, no pressure experience. I got the car I wanted and didn t have to hassle over price and terms. It was the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. I don t know why anyone would even go to a traditional dealership anymore. They are a total waste of time. Schomp has the best car buying environment, no comparison. And people like Anne make the whole experience all the better. Thank you Anne!

The staff at Schomp Mini is pretty awesome. They were slammed with people all day on Saturday, but still made my car buying experience great. Their one flaw is the guy who appraises your trade in. He just isn't a nice person. It didn't matter what my trade was worth. His attitude just didn't match those of his co-workers. He was definitely the sore thumb in this group. Otherwise, they were awesome. They took the time to make sure I understood how my new car functioned. I highly recommend them.

My experience at Ralph Schomp MINI was great.
This was our first time with Schop and hopefully it won t be our last. Our sales associate was very professional and patient.
However not sure why they say one hour because our one hour turned into more like six hours!
Also My wife thought we should ve been a little More assertive and looked at another car she had in mind but it seems that we just concentrated on the one we purchased and the sales associate didn t mention the other car.
Overall it was a great experience.

Terrible experience. I took my car in because the check engine light was on. After keeping my car for nearly a month because they couldn't figure out what was wrong, (which was fine because they gave me a loaner) they finally gave me a list of what the problems were. So after spending nearly $3,000 dollars to fix what they suggest I got my car back. The very next day, the check engine light came back on and I contacted them right away. When I brought my car back in, and after keeping it for weeks again, the said I needed a new engine that would be about $11,000.

What?? Why didn't they tell me this the first time. Of course I wouldn't have spent the $3,000 dollars to fix my car if the engine was shot, but they some how left that out when they gave me a list of all the issues with my car. I asked for a refund, which they said no, and I even offered to purchase a vehicle from them if they put the money towards it, which they also refused.

Unfortunately when it comes to service, watch out! They will scam you for as much money as they can get out of you. I would never take my vehicle there again. They can not be trusted to be upfront.

Although I did not make my final purchase here, I do have to say it was an absolute pleasure working with Hannah. She was knowledgable, and kept me in the loop with new (used) inventory coming in. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle.

Anne and everyone at Schomp MINI have been great at helping me make up my mind as to which MINI will be my next car. I am slow and meticulous when deciding on a car, because I keep my cars for a long time (average 15 years) and I need to make sure what I buy will serve its.purpose for that long, and that I will enjoy driving it that long. Anyway, the whole team has been great at putting up with me and my endless questions!

Quite possibly THE WORST car buying experience I have ever had. Was pre-approved, picked out the car and had everything done before I went in there. Was promised the whole one hour thing.....FOUR HOURS LATER I left with the car. What should have just been a simple paper signing turned into a total waste of my time. The sales person kept saying things like 'just waiting on the paperwork' or 'just waiting for the car to be detailed' and he would disappear for long stretches of time.I felt like they really didn't care at all. After the sale there were several issues with spare key, paperwork and getting the documents needed to get my plates. This took another 4 months to get straightened out. I wrote a complaint letter and the response was 'thanks for your input, we will use this to help customer service in the future.' Hmmmm. Apparently I don't qualify for good service because I was buying a used car? Because I'm a woman? And apparently there is no need to make it up to me? Easiest fix would have been to offer free oil changes, maintenance, etc. Maybe some free swag??? Obviously they didn't need my business or care about my experience there. What should have been a fun, exciting time getting my new to me car, ON MY BIRTHDAY, turned in to a frustrating, demeaning experience. Will never EVER buy another vehicle there and will make sure everyone I know steers clear of them too.

My car buying experience was very good. Except the part at the end when I had to sign everything. I hate all the waiting. I brought in my own finance info and it still took forever.the salesmen was not pushy and very pleasant. Wold recomend people to buy a car ther. They really need to streamline the finance part of buying a car though.

My most recent experience at Schomp MINI was by far the most enjoyable and least "sales-y" of all the dealers I have encountered. Marcel was very proficient, professional, and efficient with matching my wants into the perfect car for me...which happened to be a Jeep (a Mini will be in my future!) Marcel and the MINI management team helped me transition out of my Ford lease early and into the car I wanted. The process was quick and smooth yet still very customized. Thank you! I look forward to doing more business in the future.

I came here to buy some car accessories for my niece for Christmas, as she had just purchased herself a used Mini. I had no idea where to start or what to get and the guy at the accessory shop there was so incredibly helpful and patient and walked me through all kinds of ideas and pricing and things that he had in his car that he liked or didn't like. He was incredibly helpful. It turned into an incredibly wonderful Christmas present as I was able to put together a huge bag of accessories for her, thanks to the sales guy. I wish I could remember his name!

I just bought my second mini from this dealership! Excellent experience, sales people are awesome and the whole process is pretty simple. It s pretty haggle free. I did most of my foot work online before coming in and finishing up. Great car buying experience!

We are extermely unhappy with our experience purchasing a mini from this dealership. Our sales person, Lana, mislead us into beliving false claims.We were told that we only had to pay 58 times instead of the actual 60 payments during the week of black Friday sale.
In the three times that we questioned her, she stood firm with her claim of paying only 58 times. When we went to visit the dealership, she still claimed that first 2 payments out of the 60 did not exist. However, the bill did not reflect what said by Lana. The bill indicated that we had to pay 60 times. Today we saw her and seeking for further explanation. When we questioned her on this matter, she did not acknowledge what she said during the sales transaction. She was extremely unprofessional and rude to us. She completely denied what she had previously stated. Her boss, Lance, did not help much either. Therefore, be careful into what you are signing. Don't get mislead by unprofessional sales people. At the end, the General Manager offers us $200 gift card for miscommunication. though the management did something about this issue, We think that this is not the correct way to resolve this issue.

I worked with Jesse Cooper who is very quick to respond, and also kind and courteous. I ended up going a different direction, but I would do business with him again!
