Worst place ever to pick up. Even though you're on time to load never is and you cannot stay here even if your out of hrs.

Took forever to get loaded. 11am appointment checked in 10:30 now it is 5:30 I don't even get door.

Poor quality honeycrisp apples ..I purchased 3 bags of your honeycrisp apples from my local grocery store. The apples were poor quality due to the tiny apple worms inside the apples hidden by the apple peel..how can so many apples pass by your fruit inspectors on the product line bagging these..

Fuji apples from Rainier Fruits purchased down in Alabama at Aldi we re AMAZING!!!! This sets the bar really high. I only wish every apple I ate would taste just like these!! Kudos to those Washington Apple farmers!!!

Picking up 4 pallets so far been here over 4 hours and not on a door

Also known as Zirkle Fruit. STAY AWAY IF AT ALL POSSIBLE! This place is a nightmare. I only had 1/2 a truck to be loaded. Showed up an hour early to my appt. At least 8 other trucks showed in after me. I was the last one loaded after 7 hours of waiting for a door, an hour to load, another hour of waiting for them to correct them over loading me. All the while the staff at this facility is the rudest I have come across in years. They ve been placed on our Don t go back list.

Very good Fruits, cherries go to my local food store first, Keep on Picking Rainier....

I bring transfer loads in from time to time and there always pretty fast unloading it and signing paperwork.

Always something wrong with the load. Only been here three times but each has been a problem. They are not organized and give out different procedural information each time.

4pm appt. I was 1 hr early, didn't get out until 11:30pm, no over night parking, had to park off highway..very unsafe no more hrs to run...

My husband shows up 4 hours early for his appointment and they tell him the earliest he can check in is an hour before his appointment. So that's what he does but they aren't on time for the appointment. Two and a half hours after his appointment time he goes in to inquire about his load and there he gets, of course the ever present rude response of "They don't know." Wrapped in the "I could care less." tone. And now.....hours later, night has set in, he has no hours left to drive for the day and they tell him he can't sleep on the property. And the roads are treacherous especially with the temperature dipping so low at night. Truck drivers....be prepared.

You have to call for an appointment to load/unload. They act like you are supposed to know this even if you have never been there before. Hope that you have plenty of hours, I was there for 5 1/2 hours. Good luck!

They do not care about the truckers at all, If you have a high value load from like wal-mart or someone who paid big bucks for you're load you should have no issues but if you have a low value load like a Bj's wholesale or something then prepare to wait for hrs on end cause they take their sweet time to load you. the forklift drivers are lazy always talking and not doing their jobs.

Amazing how friendly and organized this Company is.

I picked up 2 pks of 6ozs of blueberries at safeway, had to remove steams on over half , each pk, very small blueberries too . Taste the same as not organic. For the price, totally not worth it at all !!!! Very disappointed with ( organic).

I purchased the Fuji apples from Coscto and they are absolutely the best and the price is so reasonable. Also I want to thank Rainier for using recycled drink bottles for their apple containers.

Pretty good place plenty of room to maneuver into your dock depending on how busy they are they do get you out fairly quickly.

Pretty big staging area with lots of docks, and a scale that is usually pretty accurate. The shipping office is a lot more professional than most of these fruit shippers in Washington. I've been in there a few times when it took a couple of hours to get a door, as well as a few times when I got straight into a door. Once you get a door, though, they usually get you loaded pretty quickly.

Great place to load. Friendly staff and loaders. Lots of room to maneuver a 53.

Always a better apple than competitors! The Rainier sticker is the only one I even notice at my grocery store.

Long time to load my truck. doesn't make sense for appointment

Terrible place to load it took me 4.5 hours to load 14 pallets only and what about detection pay ????

Don t come here if you can worst place to load waited 2 hours for a dock then 4 hours in the dock plus 2 hours to load. 8 hours to load 16 pallets of apples!!! Fat slow long haired forklift driver! Rude service!

I take people back and forth to work and they love working for zirkle/rainier fruit

We bought Rainier Organic Blueberries for the first time in our Publix in Florida and they were the sweetest and best blueberries we have had in a couple years. I will ask our store managers if they would continue to stock Rainier brand and also look at stocking some of their other organic fruit. Also, when I called the company, their receptionist was very professional and extremely nice and represented the company in an outstanding manner. It was refreshing to actually have someone answer the phone and not get a recording.

Best cherries ever. I wait all year to buy my first package.

First time there didn't know the procedure but they explained to a T and I was only getting 38cases but was in and out in 30 minutes

Bought 3lb bag of organic gala apples from Costco. Some of the worst apples ever. Sour and skin was bitter. Never again.

Arrived 1540 for our 1600 pickup appointment. Six pallets.

Fill out the form outside the office, then check in at the desk on the left.

We got our dock door right away.
They started loading us at 1600.
Got the green light, went in for paperwork.
Done and out the gate at 1620.

Fast, easy to maneuver, decent enough check in, check out was fast.

My experience with these guys picking up yesterday was very good. There's plenty of truck parking on the property, it's very easy to maneuver, and as you leave there is a scale that you can get your axle weight on. In and out of the property within 2 hours is very good for loading fresh produce.

They don't honor their appointments and the help isn't very friendly

This place has been running behind for months now, had a pick up at 9 in the morning. Leaving at 16:48. Staff are decent.

Yes appointment means nothing for these people!!! Worst places for pick up,if you can avoid this take load for here. Shipping manager lie and not nice people.

This place is a ship's to load at you have an appointment for 6 and you don't get out of there till 11:30 they say it's because of the inspectors but I think it's the other way around

Purchased x3 of the Honeycrisp apples from my local Publix in South West GA with the Rainier Logo (3283). All three are sweet for the first 2-3 seconds of chewing, although, after the initial sweetness disappears a lingering taste of blandness sets in. Overpowering your taste senses of the initial bite, wondering how something that looks so tempting can leave you wanting, not a refund of your money but another reimbursement, knowledge, that not all Honeycrisp that are packaged in the USA are up to the standards of the ones that came before on the shelves...the taste, excitement when you see freshly stocked Honeycrisp apples in a bright supermarket. I just want a good apple to eat, not a fake... these were fake, sell good apples, taste em' sometimes before you put your stamp of approval on them. The ones I purchased said - Rainier 3283 Honeycrisp USA on all three, unfortunately I took at least three bites from each apple before I had to throw away. Never thought I would actually throw away three Honeycrisp apples.

You cannot come early to your appointment probably because of lack of parking spaces. They were kicking drivers out. They said no sooner than 15 min before the appointment! There were two yard dogs in golf carts knocking on truck doors.

Wow! I just ate a few FUJI apples, bough from our local Walmart. Absolutely perfect! Apparently Rainier Fruit Co. has a time machine capable of going back in time, to steal the apples of the tree in the Garden of Eden. Let my explain me situation. Its January in Wisconsin, not a bit of fresh fruit within several hundred miles. The cheap brand strawberries were terrible, soft, flavorless. The cheap brand cherries tasted like tap water. The cheap brand apples, starchy, clearly the product of California's "grow them quick and harvest quick" procedure. Now, the little gem in the back of my fridge from this company: Wonderful! A little smaller but, that's okay, bursting with flavor, crisp and fresh. Its nice to know a company still cares about making a good product. Good enough for me to stay up late writing a review about apples at 10 P.M. on a work night. Good job Ranier Fruit Company!

Their cherries are so bitter. I bought 2 packed from Costco but no taste at all.

The packing standards must be terrible here. Every time I see cherries at the grocery store from Rainier Fruit they are bland and have all kinds of punctures and quality issues. They are giving cherry growers in their area a bad deal if this is how they are representing the industry.

I am eating a wonderful honey crisp apple from your orchard. Fabulous! Glad the sticker is on it so I know what kind it is. Yummy, crisp and fresh from Publix in Florida. Thanks for the great non imported fruit! Gigi

So look forward to the Rainier Cherry season, absolutely delish !! Just tried Rainier's Blueberries, oh my gosh I could eat the whole container by myself they are so good. And, I'm not exaggerating, Rainer's Honey Crisp Apple's are fabulous.

By far the best cherries I have ever eaten in my 60yr life. I have been buying them at my local Walmart in Twin Falls Idaho. I have probably eaten 15 or 20 lbs in the last month.
They are so big, fat, and juicy sweet. I won't buy any other brand. Thanks for the deliciousness.

Bought a 5lb bag of reds and 4 or 5 were inedible. Not very impressed with the price of apples these days.

I think that they must use some kind of growth chemicals, as there are many irregular and unusual growth cherries.

Got the most juiciest cherrys, absolutely delicious. They were so good. Send some more to Toronto Canada.

I bought their blueberries in Wholefoods. Thank God at least one company makes real berries and not gigantic the size of an eyeball blueberries! I'd like to thank Rainier Fruit Company for producing great quality and taste products. Keep it real!

Terrible they should post a Walmart sign so you know that your going to be there for a long time to be loaded. Have been checked in waiting on a door for almost 4 hours. 11 drivers that checked in after me have been loaded and are gone........ no regards for drivers an their ELD's here!!!!!!!!

Now I remember why I don't like coming here. Appointments mean nothing to these people. As usual it's all about them. They have no regard for your time. Rainier has always been the worst place in valley to load. Don't think it will ever change.

Ez to find..ez to maneuver..lots of parking...check in is only 1 HR prior to appt..."STRICT"...Pretty quick loading occasionally...most time I've spent here is 2hrs...only 1 HR past appt...so Pretty good most of the time...idk about overnight parking...but they do have scale onsite..plent of places to park when you depart if need be..

Bought some fruit. Came with 18 cherries that were fused together. Still good though.
