Rainbow Ford Review

This is the second vehicle I've purchased from Rainbow Ford and experienced the same great service each time. Kerry Saunders listened to what I wanted in a vehicle and didn't try and up sale any options, products or more expensive vehicles. As a woman buying a vehicle this was a very comfortable experience due to the respect and professionalism I received. The whole sales team, parts, and service made the experience great. I would recommend buying and getting your vehicle serviced at Rainbow Ford

A BIG thank you to BJ, Greg, Barry and all the crew at Rainbow Ford for helping me order my dream car!! Couldn t have asked for a better crew to deal with. Ordered the car the way I wanted it on January 19th and it came in on April 13th. After The crew got all the black accents and other goodies installed I got to take it home on April 23rd!! This is the second vehicle I ve purchased from them and the 3rd vehicle our family has purchased. Always the best dealership to deal with!! If you can t find what you want they ll find it for you!

Overall I was pleased with the service I received from Kerry and the rest of the staff. The only complaint that I have is that I had to come in multiple times to get some parts replaced that were scratched when I purchased my truck. which would've been fine but I live over an hour away and had to miss two days of work.

Brought my truck in for an oil change. Friendly staff greeted me at the door. My vehicle went in right away. The service manager explained the time frame. On completion I was shown the work order and given a detailed report of my truck. Everyone was professional and easy to converse with. Thanks for the great service!
