My go to spot for business casual attire and they have LAYAWAY!

This store has good clothes overall, but the service here is horrendous. There was this one time I was returning an item and the lady helping me in the counter said something to her coworker in her language and started laughing right at me. I felt humiliated and upset because I couldn t understand what they were laughing at me for. I understand that there are people that are careful when it comes to people stealing, but that doesn t mean you have to look at everyone in such a mean and unprofessional way, especially when going to the fitting room.

I will never set foot into this store ever again. This is a long awaited review that I never really knew how to articulate or handle till now. I stepped foot into this store because I wanted to buy clothing for my friends birthday. As soon as I walked into the store, the workers start staring me down and following me around the store. I think ok strange but I keep shopping. I go to try on clothing in the dressing room and the lady working there is giving me the most unfriendly stare. I wasn t satisfied and felt uncomfortable so I begin to leave and a white male and Indian women are staring me down and whispering to each other. I m about to walk out and the African American security guard there is looking at me and approaches me asking me if I been there before. I replied no and he implied that I looked like an African American female who has stolen from there. I was just floored and almost in tears. No one should walk into a store a feel discriminated against because of the color of their skin. Sometimes I still walk by there and just shake my head. I guess to this establishment every African American looks the same. So rainbow you lost a customer.

Good selection of the items but very bad service employees are very rude specially on the counter ladies very bad attitude if is employers are not good business getting worse

The ladies here are very helpful specially the short, older female with gold hair. Ended up coming back the next day

Although Rainbow has very good variety of clothes, the employees are very very rude. I once went there to return an item and I gave them my name they started laughing at my name and this was very humiliating and unprofessional.When you go to the fitting room the woman there will give you a look as if you have killed her father. Also, one time I was trying a sunglass and she told me in a very bad way "Don't try them, it is not permitted" well how am I going to buy one if I don't know if it fits my face !! They are the worst.

Love it here! I'll spend hours here and leave happy every time! Staff is the best! :)

Good variety. Very cost effective daily wear clothes are available. I personally like their jackets and sweatshirts. I feel the clothes are arranged very close to each other and there is not much space to move around and explore. Rest the shop is good, you won t find clothes as low on cost as this one in Jersey City.
