this carrier hit our truck while it was parked in July. I have dealt with Chad in their safety department and he has been abosolutly horrible. He told me too bad if I didnt like the outcome they self insure and there was nothing I could do. He told me if I talked to his boss he was worse than him! totally unbelievable!! It is now december and we have not been paid for our damages which they agreed to pay and we also signed their release. This company is unprofessional and good luck getting anywhere with them. Since they self insure I will be filing a department of insurance complaint. If this is how they treated me I wouldnt work with them in any aspect!!

Their driver backed into our truck and they denied the claim because they did not like the amount of damage they caused. They are self-insured and a nightmare to deal with. Avoid their trucks on the road for your own safety.

Like any company, it has good things and bad things but, the good outweigh the bad by far. They are getting new trucks, trailers and always trying to improve the way they operate and the quality of their drivers. They are a medium size company with a small company attitude. They treat you like a person, not a number. A lot of drivers quit thinking they would be better off somewhere else and wind up coming back. They are a good trainer company, if you are new to the field, they'll provide training on the road. This company is what you make of it. If you are a complainer, don't like to run and go the extra mile, if you are not ready to pull your own weight plus somebody else's sometimes, if you want new equipment so you can go wrap it around a pole, this is not the company for you. If you are willing to run, be cooperative, and help when asked to, then welcome to the team.

10 mph under the speed limit on all 2 lane stretches between towns. In 4 lane, in town sections, they're 10 mph over the speed limit, all of the time.
They park on sidewalks in Hugo, Kit Cason, etc.... These drivers are completely clueless.
....And if you call the company to report these incompetent drivers, the staff will hang up on you.

I would love to give this place zero star. From the top director to recruiter will love to cheat you . I got my learner permit by my own along with my friends on the website says free cdl course with no contract.just wanted to do a double check I asked the recruiter on the phone if are we going to be under contract ? She said no just need some signatures on the acommitment papers. When I asked her what is different between commitment and contract the did not give me legitimate answer. Later that day she emailed us saying that we all disqualified. And also the instructor named sizer and Kevin they both look criminals. I will not recommend this hole place for any one. You see couple of 5 stars they are the staff themself

Best place to start a truck driving career. Pay is excellent. I had to come back to say more. This company really does care about their drivers. You may go threw hell to finesh your training, but they really want you to just be a safe driver. After training these guys will do what it takes to get you home when you ask. They really try to pay you what your worth. They are even understanding when you make honest mistakes. Come here to get your CDL if you are willing to do what it takes to be successful.

Worst instructors and totally fraudulent school. They are very biased and motivated by race. They actually are very demeaning. They ask you to come and then make an excuse to cut you if you are not white. They lie and say they will pay you $250 a week and you will get paid the following week. They are probably receiving some type of block grant from the state and government for job training and then actually steal the money themselves. I will report them to the BBB and other agencies including DOT.

I believe that going to the school would have been a great experience if the instructor Darren was not there he's beyond rude and if you are trying to get a answer to something you don't understand, instead of walking around being confused, he'll tell you that your aguing and to get the fu** out. Now I have pretty tough skin and I realize that I didn't sign up to gain anyone's respect but I wouldn't go back to that school even if they called me back and just because it's free doesn't mean you should be treated like that.

They lied to me on the phone prior to making the decision to join. On first day of "Paid Training" also confirmed another lie about not paying for anything during training. Hotel stay is paid for by the trainie after getting a CDL it will be deducted from the check until all is paid back. Bait and switch. Con game. Not desperate don't need it.

I learned a lot from this school. Even though they didn t pick me to sign on with there company. I understand the problems. I needed to work on. I will find me a trucking driving job. I know that they tried to work with me but I wasn t understanding what they where saying and how they was describing it to me. Everyone learns different. I wish them nothing but the very best. I will become the best female truck driver there is because I am motivated to follow my dream career. Yeah I spent 5 weeks with them. Up until the last day before orientation. I thought I was getting the job. Always remember people it s okay to try an fail then to FAIL WITHOUT EVEN TRY.

I got my CDL this week so am looking around for different companies to work for. Was told by this one that I would have to go through CDL training again since I dont have one year experience as it is company policy.

Yeah.. let me pay that again and do another four weeks. Where do I sign?!
