Dr. Ragsdale is such a great doctor! Very nice. Staff is very nice as well and the office looks very clean.

My time on May 5th 2021 Dr. Ragsdale told me what was up with my eyes I will continue going there

Friendly enough, I suppose. Great to go to if you have insurance, no doubt. Don't seem like the kind of folks to concern themselves too much about anything else. Like most local shops they seem to cater to upper middle class Dentonites, marketing more nostalgia than quality service. Great location.

I m giving Ragsdale a 4 star rating because Dr. Do is fantastic. I ve have been wearing corrective lenses for 46 years and can t remember a better experience for an optical exam. However.....Trish and some staff in the eyewear selection in front are all about the gouge. She will go to great lengths to pressure sell you for a nice fat excessive out of pocket and unnecessary add-ons. I was able to save $200 with high quality frames and lenses elsewhere.
Go for the exam but not for product.

I have been a patient of Dr. Shane Ragsdale and his father over the past four years. Both doctors were very professional and their staff have been courteous and helpful. At every scheduled appointment I was treated promptly and to my satisfaction. Thank you, Drs. Ragsdale and staff! You have set a high bar for service. As I prepare to move back to south Texas in a couple of weeks, I can only hope to find a provider that meets the level of service which I have received from you.

I called and made my appointment quickly and easily. Service was great, but I had to wait about 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. Dr. Do is super nice and wonderful! I had my appointment at 11:20 on Satutday but they closed before I could actually look at glasses and order some. Will update later when I go back to get glasses.

Dr.Do is amazing! She did a detailed exam on my eyes! She took her time explaining what was going on with him. I believe the lady who protested me is Mary. She was very sweet and descriptive. Thank you two ladies for taking care of me!

From the moment I walked in the door the staff was amazing. Dr.Do was very skillful and polite. Explained everything in detail. Very organized. Yeah, a little cost6, however you get for what you pay for. Clean office. Once again amazing staff. Thanks you! J.Ruiz

As always, easy to make appointment. Less than 5 minute wait. Professional and courteous staff. They explain everything about insurance and what they found during the examination. I trust them with my eyesight.
