*** ME AS A NEW PATIENT, I DIDN T KNOW WHAT TO EXPECT ESPECIALLY WITH ME BEING AFRAID OF THE DOCTOR S OFFICE.... I ABSOLUTELY LOVE DR. AGUILA AND HIS STAFF.... I HAVE NEVER FELT SO WELCOMED BEFORE.... THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY AMAZING....

Love the Dr. But hate trying to get the office staff to answer the phones and if you leave a message the office staff NEVER call you back. Dr Aguila 5 stars. Office staff 1 star.

I WAS a patient at Dr. Aguila office and he is a great doctor but his staff on the other hand VERY UNPROFESSIONAL I've gone to the office a total of 4 times and each time I've waited 1.5 to 2 hours just to get called back and this is while I'm on my lunch breaks well yesterday I went in at 3:40 my appt was 3:45 I sit and wait and notice everyone after me is getting called finally at 5:30 I walk up to the window I look at her like really??? She say your next of course I'm next I'm the only person left but little did she know I watched her find my chart she did not put it in the right location!!! I processed to tell her this is not my first time going through this this is on going she then says well you have to be the first patient or come after lunch ,O really ! Then I tell her my kids have to be picked up from daycare at 6. how can I stay? She just looks dumb and out into space. I work Monday thru Friday a 7-3 I dont have the luxury to leave work or make my appts according to that. I then tell her that outrageous. I was more professional then the staff he can fire the whole crew because they are not accountable for anything.

Dr. Aguila was the only one that accurately diagnosed a condition that I had since childhood, when other doctors couldn't.

This committed, former USAF Captain has been our doctor for over 20 years. We realize one thing. Our appointment might be at 10:00 a.m. but we might get in at noon. We do know that when we DO get in, Dr. Aguila will take as much time as he needs to make his diagnosis. If he can't deal with the problem, he will get a specialist to deal with it. MY husband was sent to Emory Hospital to see a specialist who is one of the best in the USA for his disease.
We have moved and now travel over 80 miles to see this great physician! HIS STAFF IS AWESOME!
When we get mixed up with refills, Rhonda gets it right!

I AM SITTING IN A WHEELCHAIR BECAUSE I FAILED TO GET A SECOND OPINION. I WOULD SUGGEST YOU CHANGE DOCTORS.

The best of the best! He is through, on point and compassionate. He makes sure you are well inform of any of your ailments. When you leave his office you know what you have and how it will be cured. His staff is professional and friendly. We are glad he is our Primary Care Doctor! 5 stars all the way!

Dr G, is great. I do hate the long wait times but it is usually well worth the wait when you get to see him. he has a great bedside manner . he listens to what you have to say and offers advice and treatment to suit your lifestyle. Best Dr. I have dealt with in 22 years.

I can sacrifice the long wait times because I know that he will treat me as an individual as opposed to the assembly line operations normally seen at Dr offices. He and his staff add the bonus touch of compassion and understanding. They are always patient and listen to my needs, and address each specific issue that I encounter medically. Wonderful welcoming environment!

I think Dr. Aguila is awesome. He's the only doctor that actually listens and cares. So yes I'll take those long waits because I know Im gonna get taking care of.
