A great venue for a relatively short kickoff meeting. Nice environment and great staff. Only negative was trying to get the room temperature right,was always either too hot or too cold.

Always great service not just towards adults but they always include my daughter and make it a wonderful relaxing start to the holiday

Loved stopping here. Everything about the hotel has been well thought out. Friendly welcoming staff, super rooms and convenient for Terminals 1 and 2 as well as the station.

Attractive, modern airport hotel. Reception staff were helpful but not particularly friendly or welcoming. Totally not impressed with toilet facilities which were inadequate for the number of guests and queue for the ladies was far too long.

Literally one of the best hotels I ve stayed in. Enjoyed the company of other guests and workers at the hotel. The hotel is very inviting and is amazing. I felt so relaxed in the hotel and did not want to leave. I hope to be returning soon. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who s going on holiday. Love the hotel so much. I also enjoyed relaxing in the business class lounge and enjoyed the pool+spa area.

The location is super convenient for next day flying, the rooms excellent we were upgraded to business class and the onsite bar has good drinks and excellent pizza.

Nice rooms, ideal location for flying, hotel is basically built into the airport. Room was spacious, clean and incredibly comfortable.

Extremely confident for the airport, obviously, well appointed, clean, comfortable and quiet.

Once again this hotel and all the staff I encountered did not 'let the side down', in all aspects !

The stay was very nice and for only 1 night, the sour taste came when after returning home to usa we were charged $180 for parking outside the hotel for 16 minutes, even though we were told we could unload our luggage there, we have spoken to the hotel who told us the name if the parking company they use, we filed a complaint and were informed we wouldnt get charged, we did, and we are still waiting for a refund. I will never use this hotel, which is a shame because we have stayed there dozens if times

Excellent stay, clean comfortable rooms, lovely food in the restaurant, warm greeting in reception, toiletries supplied, nice bigs beds and bedding. What more could you ask for, I'll definitely be back.

The man who was at the front desk had great customer service and he know how to joke, which humor is always welcomed in my life. The premium junior sweat seem super clean and was very comfy to stay in over night.

Room was good, air con good, quiet , as had triple glazing , only downside was time taken to check in, could do to have a self service type as well.

The music in the bar is horrendous and the heat sickening. Staff nice

Slightly disappointed by this hotel. Initially service at the 'little m' bar was excellent however after a lunch time meal and 2 drinks the service totally dropped off. The bar was understaffed and I had to go to the bar to ask for the bill. Restaurant very disappointing was told by reception staff that there was no need to book if eating after 7pm however on arriving we were told there was a 20 minute wait. All in all service needs to be more consistent.

Parking charges got messed up so I got fined. Other than that a decent hotel with a good restaurant.

We booked this hotel together with a Parking package in order to accommodate for a less stressful early morning departure.
Staff were very friendly and efficient but we were unfortunately left struggling with all our luggage on arrival. There seemingly was only one hotel porter on duty and only one luggage cart...

Hotel staff were however very proficient at offering trolleys for the morning dash.

The rooms are very nice with the Superior rooms offering views over the tarmac.

We did appreciate the complimentary mini breakfast setting in the reception area... the Nespresso ristretto was fully taken advantage of :-)

We intended on having dinner here but unfortunately the reviews for the restaurant were rather poor so we went to Joe's in Terminal 1 and enjoyed a decent meal there.

I would have gladly awarded 4.5 stars if possible, but the lesser experience on arrival and the steep price don't warrant full marks I'm afraid.

It's right next to the airport, literally a 5 minute walk. The premium room is very nice, although not cheap. Can't complain, all very good.

Nice hotel but this place is way overpriced, especially the restaurant and bar. Some of the staff are low end, bare minimum entry level employees.... This means the service can be varied. The food in the restaurant was not the quality I would expect, for example the rack of ribs were completely flavourless. We only stay here when we fly from Manchester because it is convenient and you can park the car until you return.

I have stayed here a few time while traveling through Manchester Airport. I like to stay here before catching a morning international flight out of Manchester. It is very nice to be able to walk between the airport and the hotel. I found the rooms to be very nice on every occasion. Food at the hotel was a little on the expensive side, but I expected that at a airport hotel.

Arrived here at 11.30pm on a flight from kefalonia. Checked in ok. Tried to order food on the one touch service but got no reply on the phone, so went to reception. Ordered gluten free pizza as this was the only service the provide at this More

Be sure you bring a copy of your online quote as the rate was different when I arrived. Also be sure to register your vehicle when you check-in... I didn't, stayed one night and registered the next day and was billed for 2days parking fees.

We always stay before we fly, less stressful. Enjoy the business lounge, food very good!!

The staff are amazing, the rooms are great, but the air conditioning does nothing. Avoid in hilot weather. In colder months this really is the best hotel at MCR airport.

This is my hotel of choice whenever I fly from Manchester airport. The fact that it's inside the airport is so convenient. The staff at the reception desks are very efficient and friendly. The rooms are large, comfortable and equipped for a good night's sleep.

Just had a 1 day business meeting in the meeting center of the Radisson Blu at Manchester airport. A very positive experience. All technical means available (Big screen, wireless connection), coffee corner and business lunch area. Easily accessible thru the Skylink on the airport, no need to even leave the airport.
Really recommendable. Not really cheap, but stille acceptabel.

Made the mistake of going to the bar... otherwise a half decent hotel!

Staying in business suite. Comfy bed, glad the room had aircon which worked well. TV menu was a pain as half of the guide didn't show what was on. Hotel TV settings are always a pain.

Lovely room only issue was booked a twin room but was given a room with just one massive bed (Think it was two smaller ones pushed together)

My family and I always book in to this hotel: it signals the start of our holiday and provides an excellent service.

Very noisy AND we had asked for a quiet room. Opposite the elevator is not it, nor is on going window maintenance right outside.

This is a really convenient hotel for early morning departures. Rooms are of a good size and adequately equipped. Food and drink prices are too high for the quality.

The hotel offers a great selection of facilities, the meeting rooms are a great size and provide everything you need for a professional event.

I am travel 80 % This time I took my grandson. He told me Grandma you have to give this hotel 5 stars. Perfect location easy walk to our gates with all our suitcase. I sent a chat message to the hotel for a missing hair dryer within 4 minutes they were calling me back. I don't have a single fault to say about this hotel.
