Be mindful that hotel workers barely speak English, neither reception nor room service. The hotel is old, dirty and smelly unfortunately. In my room one lamp was completely broken, table was with a huge mark left from hot iron. Breakfast can be better.
There is Carrefour close to hotel.

Useful tip - be careful with your belongings when you go somewhere out and watch out with cash especially in taxi because it s so easy to receive fake money.

The level of cleanliness is so bad, breakfast is not the best in the hotel.

You can smell smoke from cigarettes literally everywhere. If you re a healthy person seriously get something better for yourself.

I stayed at Radisson Blu in Hamburg, Germany recently and I was so impressed with how modern and clean the rooms and hotel were. Fast forward a short time later and I stay at the Radisson Blu in Beijing, very dissapointing. The carpets in the room were very old and worn out and the room smelled peculiar like stinky feet and urine. I was afraid to walk on the carpet without slippers on. The air conditioning didn't cool, I slept without blankets and was still hot and sweating throughout the night. It appears the room was furnished in the 80s, even the lamp on the desk was broken with wires exposed. Ugly, outdated and unfunctionable is how I would describe this hotel. Such a dissapointment for an otherwise reliable chain.

Redeemed two nights. The service is good. They sent me free fruit and snacks. The room looks pretty chinese style red wood furnished. ~15 mins walk to the closest metro.

Staff are great, very helpful and nice, they do speak english .

To go to the gym you have to exit the hotel to a seperate building (very cold in winter)

Very good reception and very spacious and comfortable rooms, it has a swimming pool and gym, the buffet is very good and plentiful. There are good typical Chinese restaurants specialized in fish or meat nearby.

When visiting an exhibition at a nearby China International Exhibition Center, lunch is often served at the lounge restaurant on the first floor of the hotel. There is no so-called set menu business lunch, and it is centered on Chinese and Western a la carte. I wonder if there was no pasta. I ate a turkey sandwich but it was delicious. The amount of potato garnishing was as high as the United States ... Staff can communicate in English.
Previously it was a hotel with a chain of Western foreign capital, but it has been changed to a hotel with a magnificent Chinese name, whether the management has changed.

Its not that bad ... its okay to stay about 5to 6days~ Do not want the special things in here ~

They handed me a tablet to order, which is cool, but when I asked how do I process the order the waiter said 'don't worry I just need to see what you want'. Why didn't he just ask me? I think he may have been scared by how manly I am

Decoration is OK, health is good, service is general

Room rate is within reason, quite close by the airport and within short taxi ride from town. Have a swimming pool, gym and body massage place within the hotel. There's also a local convenient store close by where you can buy drinks and crisps etc. One little negative is the price of the restaurants in the hotel, both were well over-priced do try to eat downtown rather than in the hotel. Drinks at the bar also slightly over priced.

Okay, but smells like cigarette smoke in the corridors. A little outdated.

It is approximately 15 minutes on foot from Sangenbashi Station. Carrefour nearby. The cleaning is attentive. The indirect lighting was a bit dark.

I often use it in Beijing.
Location is convenient to access and city tourism to moderately near the airport from the three-way bridge. I also see flight attendants of airlines often used.
I have no sense of luxury, but I think I can spend my time without inconvenience.

To be a 4 star hotel it is very comfortable with excellent Attention, Good Rooms and it happens very well.

hotel room is fine. clean and not smelly. A.c. working properly. quiet. you can't hear noice behind the door. Only little bit from outside. Clean bathroom with good quality toiletries. Good breakfast. Near Carrefour and massage.

Lately named ROYAL GRAND HOTEL, I got FOOD POISONING with room service. Furthermore when I made it clear I was not paying for the food they agreed but requested the payment of a Coca Cola can . Heater in the rooms doesn t work properly. Bad experience overall

Rooms are small. Bathroom is not clean... Hair against the wall in bathtub, make one wonder what you cant see.

Bar is out of all drinks. Had to change my order 4 times in order to get a drink. One can rather ask them what they have before looking at the fancy ipad menu.

Would not sent anyone to this hotel!!!

Particular hotel. Quite old rooms and staff with limited english skills. The buffet breakfast is pretty complete. Basic gym and good swimming pool.

Clean, but very dated hotel. The fitness centre is poor, with no ventilation or air con in the cardio room, which made it almost unusable due to hot stale air.

Close to the center, just 15 minutes away. Great, chic lobby area, with a nice bar to have a drink. A bit of western comfort in Beijing. The corridors feel old, the rooms are out dated but they are spacious and comfortable. Didn't use the restaurants as there is a shopping centre with good, cheap food just on the other side of the street, but they look lovely.

Nice staff, super clean and spacious rooms. Very comfortable beds not too hard or soft. All in all very good and absolutely recommendable.

This hotel is clean, however the rooms are a bit small and quite dated by U.S. standards. Despite prominently displayed NO SMOKING signs, guests would frequently smoke in the lobby and on the elevator. The location is a bit far from most of the attractions at city center so expect to take a taxi or DiDi most days.

I had a 30 hrs stay and I managed to get food poisoning from a Burger eating it at the bar. Not generalising but watch what you eat.
