Excellent hotel with large and very clean rooms. Excellent to work very comfortable. The staff very friendly and helpful. I had my check in at 3 pm but for a small amount I was assigned a better room and ready to use at 9 am I arrived.

It is a nice and cozy place, the breakfast is varied and I like the service.

This Hotel actually exceeded my expectations in terms of attention and service, who attend are very friendly and professional people, the facilities of the Hotel will make you feel comfortable and happy, modern, elegant and cozy rooms (important detail TV with HD channels, Spacious and bright bathrooms, heated room, bed that looks like a cloud), breakfast is included and has a huge variety of options to start your day excellent .... Highly recommended !!!

Nice spaces, ample common areas and modern structure. The spacious rooms and good lighting. The common bathroom is little small but clean and modern. Good signage. The presentation of the coffee break good, but little variety.

I wish it was closer to more restaurants and had more pressure in its toilets.

The food here is exquisite and the value is moderate.

The hotel is well located, the service friendly and the facilities very good. The checkin is very fast. The wifi at least in my room on the 16th floor bad, only goes to the door of the room. Recommendable. Romo Service 24 hours.

I called directly to the hotel in order to get convinced by their services, but
I think the personal needs to get an special training to be more motivated in order to convince the guesses to stay in their hotel, but the person who attended me seems like she didn't care about that. I think they need to know the details of the rooms in their hotel, and be more motivated and happy but now like serous like they don't care.
I'll wait to have my own experience staying there in a week.

Good hotel with friendly service. There are located in busy area many close restaurants. Some of extras are a bit expensive for this city. E g breakfast is $15. You. An go to the breadshop next door for much cheaper light breakfast. Overall good and clean place to stay.

Great, quiet, and relaxing place to stay in Quito for business or pleasure. Customer service is great, with the people working there always available to help you. You can also find very good restaurants in a 1-mile radius like Pavarotti (Italian, seafood), Lo Nuestro (Ecuadorian food in a gourmet style), Osaka (Peruvian, fusion), Hansel & Gretel (deserts) and Maki (sushi).

IN REALITY IT IS A WONDERFUL HOTEL, IT OFFERS YOU THE BEST CONFORTMENT AND FIRST SERVICE FOR ALL TYPES OF CULTURAL AND SOCIAL EVENTS
