Stayed 4 days because we were transferred from another hotel. In the end, thankful, because it was a great stay. Outside several pools, down a private beach with beach chairs only for hotel guests. Breakfast was phenomenal. Only the carpet floors in the hallway and rooms could be exchanged
Nice location overlooking the sea. Restaurant/bar nearby but apart f om that there is nothing else in the area. Taxi and bus available. Friendly staff, expensive though
Staff are friendly and the hotel itself is very clean.
The location of the hotel is great directly in the golden bay beach. It has a private beach. The staff is friendly. The Indian restaurant inside hotel is a must to dine in. The only downside is that the hotel is quite old & the furniture desperately need renovation.

Great stay, even with Covid restrictions excellent staff very courteous, cleanliness excellent the only gripe was being charged 5.15c for a btl of water at one of the restaurants apart from that highly recommended & shall return.

A tad off the beaten track so once here your a long ride from life. Lovely beach plenty of relaxation time. A good few swimming pools indoor and out gym sauna n steam room. Spa treatments all available. Three on site restaurants (Not all open at the same time) didn't get to sample all. A tad overpriced n if your room is at the front side of the hotel you'll see no sun all day. Other than that clean n tidy well presented and great friendly staff
A large comfortable and modern hotel with a swimming pool and all amenities
Super meals in the main bar of the hotel.We had fish and chips, burger and Ceaser salad sandwich.
Service was friendly and efficient.
On the down side it was too cold, the A/C must have been working overtime.
Finally some constructive criticism.Why do people from outside the hotel have to pay for parking if they are having a meal?I do find it unfair.Couldn't you offer free parking?
Got suckerd to visit and look around by time share avoid plus the hotel looked a bit run down

Excellent hotel and very quiet, food excellent too. Nice pool, and hot tub both inside and out. Steam room and sauna too. Enjoy.
Avoid lime the plague you'll be hasslrd.by time share sellers who'll basically kidnap you for a day

Nice place but service in the Italian restaurant not particularly good.
Still a gorgeous place to stay, the location is top notch. However I was dissapointed to note that the rooms / appartments decor has not changed for the past 11 years and is getting a bit dated with signs of wear and tear. Having said that they are kept clean & tidy on a daily basis. The facilies on site are generaly good with normaly a high level of service, but like anywhere can be let down by a lack of supervision of serving staff.

Beautiful hotel, very spacious modern clean rooms, foods nice the views are to die for. Has private access to one of very few sandy beaches in malta. Spa, salon, indoor and out door pool adult only sun bathing and so very much more definatly worth a stay
Fantastic hotel in a beautiful quiet corner of Malta. The staff are so polite and attentive. The food is varied and amazing. Sit on the veranda of the Flavours bar and watch amazing sunsets, quite exquisite. Service at the bar a little slow! Country views good, Feed the sparrows for a Bird man of Alcatraz experience!
Beautiful place, rooms are large and have air con, just what you need. Staff wonderfulEasy access to everything. 2 outdoor large pools and a baby pool, pool side bars and restaurants, indoor pool, sauna and jacuzzi, very good little supermarket. Right next to beach with water sports, if required. All very clean. Close to Popie Village and a short drive to most places. Bus stop outside the hotel.
Beautiful position ,quite remote but easy access to local transport .Staff are very polite and proffesional.It is in need of updating which i believe is on the agenda in the near future.It is lovely for a relaxing break.
I am divided between 3 and 4 stars.
The staff is very friendly and helpful, all departments combined. The food is very good but the restaurants within the hotel are very expensive. The breakfast included in the price of the room is rich and diversified, a pity that the fresh orange juice is cut with water. The suite we stayed in is spacious, the furniture seems qualitative although the style in general is a little dated. Unfortunately there was heavy rain and wind during our stay and the chassis did not seem equipped for this kind of weather. The wind was passing through and the water too. This caused a lot of noise and drafts. The staff brought towels to mop up the water in front of the French windows and seemed overwhelmed. I doubt that this is the first time they have to face this weather. The bathroom with its two sinks and very good even though the tub / shower is too narrow. The wellness area is nice. The massages are not bad but really too expensive level value for money. So good stay overall but still dotted with a few negative points.

Need a shower on outside pool and better labelled area's for such a large hotel. Fouod was good in all restaurants, Steam room not great and very small, but overall a lovely hotel. Easy to get around the island on the local bus very friendly community around the island
Good amenities, had a couple of issues but the staff sorted with minimal fuss. Private beach, adult only pool as well as large family pool. Buffet meals gas their ups and downs but that's just personal taste. Other restaurants on site were fab.

Decent hotel. It is quite dated but functional. It s nice to have the kitchenette. We went grocery shopping and cooked our breakfasts in the room. Only thing missing in the room is a coffee machine. Other than the room the pools are quite nice and the beach is amazing. We had a great stay here.
By far a 5 hotel. Wonderfull staff, great service and food. Marvellous views, especially the beach. SPA is soooo nice & relaxing

A luxury hotel with all the facilitates, extra possibilities for members of Azure. Many nice restaurants. Very nice with a lift down to the beach. Realy good staff and good reception. Nice rooms.
Just a few minus, it was a bit difficult to walk from the hotel, to the national park, There was a gate but it was closed and locked one had to walk around a big campsite. And so it was difficult to find the bus bus connections, if you dont wanted to take an taxi.
Upmarket hotel/timeshare next to a nice beach. Spa, deli, laundry, various restaurants and bars, indoor and outdoor pools, gym and water sports makes this a place where you could stay without leaving resort if you could afford to. If not hire a car or use the local bubes to get out and explore Malta

I haven't stayed in the hotel but use the spa and eat there regularly. Good is lovely and spa facilities.
There's very little I can say about this resort that others haven't already added,from picturesque views to amazing and friendly staff if rest and relaxation is what you are after this is by far the best place in my opinion to stay on the island of Malta.The quality of food is amazing and if like my wife you have dietary requirements just mention it to one of the restaurant staff and they will do their up most to make sure your needs are catered for.
Truly excellent. 5 star experience even off season. Pools are lovely. Beach is best on island but it's the staff which make it special. Good food and service. Rooms to good standard. Though steer clear of non sea views due to noise at weekends from Campsite.
Luvly place but a little away from towns etc not that good for teenagers ,very small children good for splashing about and feeling safe ,staff verry helpful and will see to your needs and questions as soon as possible nice relaxing place away from the hustle and bustle if that is what you require.
Its ok,its just got buggy internet,but over all its on golden bay i like it.
