We had fantastic stay at Raddison Blu Pera, Pasa was outstanding in his conduct. I would definitely recommend this place if you are visiting Instabu!!

Fantastic hotel with amazing view at the whole historical city. The room is cozy and clean with huge bed and beautiful sunset view. The food in the restaurant is of the top quality. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Special thank for Furkan (speaks English, Russian and German) who professionally managed the dinner and made our stay just fantastic. Also would like to emphasize the great work of Hakan. You are the great team, guys!

Pasa was vey helpful and nice and smiling person who is very kind. The food was delicious when he delivered it to our hotel.

We stayed at this hotel Galata Junior Suite rooms were clean and very good they welcome us with refreshments 5 mins walk to Galata tower and metro station near by but room service was very slow as we had to call them twice to request for anything they need to improvement that otherwise the hotel was very nice.

I have stayed for 4 nights in this hotel as part of a surgery in Istanbul and I must say that this place truly has an old Hollywood charm with its music and lush deco even if few details needs to be taken seriously. On the negative point I have personally found the staff not trained for the hospitality industry (most of them) they are constantly on their mobile phone even while processing checkin (surprising for a hotel of this standard) I have no clue what is more interesting on their phone than a client in front of them. I felt like having a request was bothering them in their bubbles. Another point concerning staff I had an issue with room service and reception who does not seem to communicate well. Long story short staff members truly makes the identity and reputation of the hotel...

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel, shoutout to pasa who couldn t do enough for us,, always had a smile on his face, also Erhan the general manager always greeted u with a smile and was very keen to help out for anything at all, and the breakfast staff.
Can not fault any of the staff. Would defo come back at this hotel again.xx
