Never used this hotel for its intended purpose-maximum, went to the lobby at the ATM, but the appearance, atmosphere, order and even flavor - are impressive) I can imagine how cool it is in the rooms))))
Average hotel. More like three and a half stars. Breakfast is lovely. Rooms are averaged and could be better maintained. Front desk staff are very helpful. House keeping team were excellent. The hotel really should consider subscribing to a movie entertainment system like hotels who subscribe to the similar systems which airlines use do.
Have not staid at the hotel but know the restaurant and bar well. Good food and great staff. Mille Miglia great for business meetings...at the bar the show the football!!

The first impression is great. If you look deeper. Then three. On the ground floor the "guest toilet" is not cleaned, there is no paper. And even in one of the booths, a female OO, there was someone's used women's shoes
Restaurant / bar. Handsomely. Very nice. But noisy and not comfortable.
Food. I ordered Caesar salad. The menu said UAH 175 And they asked me if you need chicken or shrimp. I answered chicken, but they didn't even explain to me that it costs some extra money
As a result, there are two numbers in the bill .... salad 175 UAH and chicken 200 UAH

We rented 4 rooms here for our wedding for us and our guests. The hotel performed well. I had the morning of the bride, there was no need to go down to the first floor for a makeup artist and hairdresser, the staff kindly accompanied them to my room.
Special thanks for the fact that our guests were settled without our presence and provided them with parking.

Really disappointing experience. I really like Radisson Blu Hotels but this one just doesn t do justice to the brand. Found lots of hair in the shower drain, ventilation was incredibly loud and when complained they said it has been broken for a while now and the only solution was to switch it off completely. On a more positive note, breakfast was perfect, so it might have just been the room that I got

One of the first international brand hotels in Kiev. Some parking difficulties. Pretty good location relative to the center of Kiev and its attractions. In the pedestrian distance there are enough restaurants, pubs and cafes. There is a conference room for events. Above staff.
Top quality/price ratio, excellent and propmt service, friendly welcome, utmost human attention and care, 10/10 to cleanliness, safety and security (especially now with Covid situation), very quiet, extremely convenient and cozy location right in the old city centre, breakfast fresh, varied and plentiful, stylish and functional design, plenty of complimentary sets and items. One of the best stay in our life, sorry to leave out after 10 days.

The strange geometry of the room, I don t know, is it so lucky for me or is the new design like this in all the rooms. Everything else is good.

Top Hotel with great Service, super location, nice lobby bar and good breakfast ( no buffet because of covid but good options to order from the menu). I can only recommend, mainly due to very good location!
one of the two in Kyiv - this one more central, but as well more complicated with traffic in the morning. All corresponding to Radisson standards - they even fixed the internet speed nowadays...
Worthy place. A decent kitchen. Convenient for small conferences for up to 150 people. There is a serious problem with parking around.

The place is being refurbished, so expect noise and paint solvent smells. Rooms are comfortable, good water pressure in shower. And they let your towel hang on the rack!
Good breakfast, within walking distance of the center. The rooms are very clean, the dimensions are ideal, the employees are friendly. Already in Kiev, the hotel is very little known in English, almost never. A small note is a torture, forced labor, especially if you want something from Kiev waiters.

The hotel itself is beautiful, nice and comfortable. The location is very close to the city center, 2 minutes to the Golden Gate.
The only disadvantage is that the reception staff speak Russian and English, they did not even try to switch to Ukrainian with me.
Thank you for your interest and attention! I wake up at 8 in the morning from loud repair sounds. I tried to negotiate to postpone the repair. But I was told that they can not help. It was terrible! Attitude towards the guests .... Soviet, I'm sorry, I define it this way.

Wonderfully comfortable bed, with different pillows, just great! Satellite TV with German, Italian, French etc stations. Breakfast very good and varied, bathroom very well lit. Service ok, but at least on the first day for each guest a bottle of free mineral water should be available. Would vote again, despite renovations. Well located, not too far off the beaten path, but not in the middle of the crowd.
Located in the Old Town, high quality standard hotel. The staff and overall service are friendly and comfortable.
Around you might find lots of places to eat outside, as well as sightseeings.
Be aware that parking is usually overloaded, and the overall traffic is quite tense in that district.
