Radiology Associates of Tarrant County Reviews

They double charged my insurance, were paid for the original charge and then when they didn't get paid for the second change they started harassing me for payment. And to keep this from going to collections we paid $25. They better reimburse me. I even called multiple times to see what they were chatting me for, what my insurance paid. I sent emails and nothing.

They still have not been helpful. I have sent emails, and left voicemails. Send more like they are putting on a front.

I don't know if this company is too lazy or too incompetent to handle their own billing issues, but the fact they willingly jeopardize a person's credit record by immediately sending bills to a debt collector with no attempt to reach the patient is the most unprofessional business ethics I've ever dealt with. I would give them zero stars if possible and will not use any doctor's office that uses Radiology Associates of North Texas.

Never received any bills or invoices from this provider until a collection showed up on my credit report.
I called the collection agency which had the wrong phone number, email and address on my file. Which is why I never received anything.

Completely irresponsible and unprofessional from this provider. I will be reaching out to a lawyer.

I never received any communications from this company until I received a bill from the collections department!! They supposedly tried calling my house phone and sent numerous bills, but I did not receive anything from them. Not to mention all of this over a bill less than $40 dollars!!!
