Found what I was looking for but the price was too high. Ended up ordering it on line somewhere else.

This was shoe store # 3 I visited looking for some Selection of size 11 wide athletic sneakers the other stores had maybe 1 or two pairs available for my spec's. This location had Many different styles & brands to choose from I found quite a few I liked

Good service ! Had to exchange my shoes and they ordered my size and shipped them to me at no charge!

Hubby needed a new pair of walking shoes so I placed an order online for in store pickup received an email within the hour that the order was ready. The associate greeted me upon entering the store and she was fast and friendly pickup was a breeze I was in and out.

The lady was very nice and polite they just didn't have anything that I was interested in as far as shoe wise

I had a online order issue which I had spoken to them more than once and still nothing resolved. I came into the Faith rd Salisbury nc location and the store manager Kasey was working. She was very helpful. She actually took the time to listen to my situation and read through my emails and wrote the important info down that she need to get more help for what was above her head to be able to do. I greatly appreciated her customer service
